Arya, who has been under the spell of director Bala's 'Naan Kadavul', has donned a new role in his real life. He has turned a distributor by procuring distribution rights of the movie 'Oram Po', produced by AP Film Gardens, for Chennai and NSC areas.
'Oram Po', which has been lying in the cans for a long time, will see the lights during the first week of December.
The movie has more interesting aspects that Arya's distribution role. Husband and wife Pushkar and Gayathri have jointly directed the movie, starring Arya and Pooja. Incidentally, the pair happens to be the lead pair in 'Naan Kadavul' as well.
According to producer Anandhan, the movie was completed long back. 'Unfortunately due to some unavoidable reasons, the release has been delayed. With all decks cleared, 'Oram Po' will be out very shortly', said the producer with confidence.
Arya has played the role of an auto rickshaw driver in 'Oram Po'. 'Playing an auto driver is not an easy job. I had to drive the three wheeler in the busy stretches of Chennai', recalled the young hero.
Since 'Naan Kadaul' is getting delayed for various reasons, the release of 'Oram Po' must come as a much needed relief for Arya, who hasn't had any releases after 'Vattaram', which was released during 2006 Deepavali.
Let us hope that Arya's new role as distributor too becomes success.
