Piracy has become a serious problem to the Telugu film industry. Despite the stars requesting their fans to refrain from watching pirated versions, the craze for such content continues as the fans want to watch their favourite hero hook or crook.
Recently, we had the trailer of 'Okka Magadu' being released on the Net, without the knowledge of the makers.
That looks mild as compared to the pirated CDs of 'Thulasi' movie that were sold in trains immediately after the film's release in some districts of Andhra. Rajinikant's 'Sivaji' too met with a similar fate.
Now, it's the turn of Pawan Kalyan to face the brunt of piracy. The songs of his forthcoming film 'Jalsa' are now available on the Net.
It goes without saying that there is frenzy among his fans to download the songs and make CDs of them, so they can watch more of their favourite star.
Devisri Prasad has composed the music for the film and it is said to be rather good. A serious incident of piracy has been reported from Amalapuram already.
