After a streak of not so successful films in her career, Mamta Mohandas has finally bagged the big role that may make drastic changes in her popularity.
The latest reports are that director P. Vasu has roped in Mamta Mohandas, the beautiful lass from Kerala, along with Nayantara, Meena, and Sneha, to don a role in 'Kuseladu'.
Mamta, who debuted into filmdom through Hariharan's 'Mayookham', did find her only hit in Malayalam in 'Big B'. She then switched over to other south Indian languages besides establishing herself as a playback singer in Telugu.
The girl, who acted with Vishal in Karu Pazhaniappan's 'Sivappathigaram', is doing a couple of projects with leading stars in Telugu. Her appearance in Superstar's 'Kuseladu' is expected to do wonders in her career.
In Malayalam, she will be seen in a number of good projects opposite young stars in 2008.
