Masumeh is going international. The actress has just bagged a key role in Sharpe - The TV series that has taken UK by storm.
Interestingly Masumeh will be seen sharing screen space with Sean Bean who is best known for his role as Boromir in The Lord of the Rings, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion video game, James Bond's adversary Alec Trevelyan in Golden Eye, Nicolas Cage's competitor Ian Howe in National Treasure, IRA fringe terrorist Sean Miller out for revenge on Harrison Ford in Patriot Games, Captain Rich in Flightplan with Jodie Foster, and Odysseus in Troy. His portrayal as Richard Sharpe in the television series Sharpe has also earned him high acclaim in the United Kingdom.
Here we also find the need to mention that Masumeh is one of the few Indian actresses shot by an international photographer who has shot the likes of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
