Akshay Productions maiden venture starring Akshay with Mallika Kapoor and Maayi in the lead roles has completed all post production work and ready to appear before the censor board. This film took off at Himalaya region and continued shooting in some of the exotic locations. The birth of Ganga and Cauvery rivers the most sacred ones could be seen in this film. Cinematography by H.C.Venu is the most talked about issue in the unit of 'Ganga Cauvery' and also at the recording and dubbing theatres.
R.V.Venkatappa has invested a few crores on this film struggled hard shooting in various locations. This is all for the sake of his son Akshay. The opening song of this film is shot at Bangkok.
