'Naayi Neralu' besides participating in many contests and film festival has recently bagged the prestigious V.Shantharam Award.
'Gulabi Talkies' set in the island backdrop is about the happiness Gulabi gets in her surroundings watching films and television. As a protagonist she finds solutions from watching the films but the real fruit of it is materialized by her friend Nethru. In fact another face of Gulabi is this Nethru says Girish Kasaravalli.
