Sarath as a producer of '1977'?
Sarathkumar is basking in the success of his latest film 'Vaitheeswaran' which hit the theatres yesterday. No, we are not here to discuss about his 'Vaitheeswaran' now but here to divulge more information on the Sarath scenario. Sometime back this actor-politician had disclosed that he will never make a film. So you may ask what we are having to say now? We have reports making the rounds in Kollywood circles that Sarathkumar is going to produce a film. Dhinesh Kumar, the director of this film '1977', it seems, narrated the story to the actor. Sarathkumar had an immediate liking to the story and is reported to have told Dhinesh that he was interested in producing the film under his banner. But what is the reason behind Sarath Kumar choosing this particular film to be produced under his banner? When this question was posed to the actor, this is what he seems to have said. The first thing that attracted Sarath to producing this film was the big budget involved in making this film. Since there is a certain limit that the producers impose for each actor, Sarath seems want to go beyond his limit and has taken this film under his wing. There are three heroines involved in this film namely Farzana, Namitha and Jaya Sudha who will be seen sharing screen space with Sarath. Another high point of this film is that Sarathkumar will be seen doning a dual role in this film. The previous films where Sarath played dual roles were 'Suryavansam' and 'Natpukaga' and both these films were huge crowd pullers and grossed well at the box office. Apart from donning a double role, Sarath will also be seen appearing in six different makeovers for this film. Now that is something new. The activities for this film are going on in full swing with an enthusiastic team of cast and crew. Keep watching musicmazaa for more intersting news on Kollywood.
