Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, was the first to arrive at the success bash of her own film, Sarbjit. She came in alone on Thursday without hubby Abhishek and explained his absence saying, "He wanted me to enjoy all the spotlight." Ash-Abhi have been in the news after the latter walked away at the premiere of her film, leaving her standing red faced on the red carpet. Ash sat with her parents and brother while Abhishek watched and exited with parents, Amitabh and Jaya. The grapevine was buzzing that all's not well in paradise for the Mr. and Mrs. Then, to put a stop to the rumours, the couple posed hand-in-hand on the red carpet, a little longer than usual, at a recent event in the Capital. When on stage at the gig, the two were asked who took longer to dress up and Abhishek quipped, "I do because it takes a lot to make me look this good, but she just wakes up looking like that in the morning," to which Ash responded with an endless, "Awwwwwww" The other actress of the film, Richa Chadha, waited till the assembled media had left to make a here-now gone-now appearance because she didn't want to answer any queries about major chunks of her role being cut from the final edit. "That's why there were no pictures of Richa at the bash," pointed out a guest. The versatile actor who has represented Indian rugby in International Tournaments has finally decided to retire. He shares his thoughts about it' "There are three things that rugby has given me; something which no-one else has given 'not even my parents. The first thing, rugby teaches you how to give your 100% to the game whether you win or loose. The game has taught me how to loose gradually and enjoy the score not the result. The second thing rugby has taught me is to be a team player because by nature I am an individualist. Rugby has taught me the hard way that if we try to play alone, you are bound to get hurt. The third thing, rugby has taught me to have a hot heart and keep a cool head, that's why I genuinely believe that rugby has given me what parents have not. It's sad but true that I am finally giving up what I like the most. I am quitting this rugby tournament from this year on. Reason why I am quitting: International tournaments normally take about six weeks and I don't have the time to give Second thing - The youngest person on the team is 18, so the signs are loud and clear that I should quit before I start playing with my friends' children on the team. Varun Dhawan to handle promotion of 'Dishoom' alone till July
Actor Varun Dhawan will have to promote his next film 'Dishoom' alone till July as his main co-stars John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez are busy shooting for their respective films till then. Present on the sets of the reality show "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa" to launch the first song "Sau Tarah Ke" from the film, Varun, asked why he was promoting the film alone, said: "John is shooting for 'Force 2' and Jacqueline is shooting in Miami but she is coming back soon. The song was going to be launched. "They are going to return in July but I could not hold myself, that is why I have already done the tattoo. My connection is with the audience and I have come here for it. And I can officially announce that the promotion of 'Dishoom' begins today." Varun had also performed at the show, tattooing the film's name on his forearm for it. He also said that he was a big fan of the celebrities from the music industry on the show like Pritam, Sajid-wajid, Mika and even had favourites from set of contestants. The song will be out on Thursday.

Smile along with 'Kabul Fiza'
Yash Raj Films have done it again. Ensuring that they have at least one promotional music video for each of their films, this time around they have unleashed a brand new song titled 'Kabul Fiza' which is being used for the promotion of their upcoming release 'Kabul Express'. Composed and sung by Raghav Sachar with Aditya Dhar writing the lyrics, 'Kabul Fiza' is a racy track with superb arrangements which can currently be seen playing all over on the music channels. The music video features the lead protagonists of the film, John Abraham and Arshad Warsi, lip synching to this rocking track that features in a set resembling the Afghanistan terrain. Hanging bulbs on the frame only help giving the track further authenticity. Also notable is that fact that both John and Arshad are shown in a chirpy mood with a smile on their faces as they happily sing and dance to the song in the most natural manner!

All the film buffs eager to see the film 'Kismat Konnection' will also get to see the trailer of 'Fashion'. The duration of the trailer is just one minute and has no dialogues. The film is also going to be special for the ladies as the fast rising heroine Priyanka Chopra is the protagonist of the film. She is enacting a role of a girl who works hard and finally becomes a top model.
