Predictable Story But Poor Execution

Story:

A touching tale, the story begins with a boy (arun) and girl (pavani) who share a love and hate relationship but eventually can't stop living without each other. The story takes a turn when fate strikes a cruel blow and they are affected by polio. Though both are immobile they stick together and they are taken care of by a caretaker (shruthi).
