Singer Sid Sriram is known for his unique voice that stands out from the crowd. He has recently sung a song in Kattappava Kaanom under the music of Santhosh Dhayanidhi. “It's a melodic song with a lot of percussive energy and a nice bounce. I think the essence of it is similar to my other songs in that it allows me to communicate a strong emotion with my voice. However, it will be a bit different from my past songs. This number would focus on the playful, jovial nature of love. I was able to really throw my voice against a different musical/sonic scape in this number. It was great recording this song because I really liked the tune. Santhosh is a good friend and I like his music, this is our first time working and I look forward to more. I can't wait to perform this one live!” Sid has also rendered his voice for a number in Kavalai Vendam under Leon James’s music.
Sibiraj's Kattappava Kanom teaser to be out on..
After an average performance of Jackson Durai, Sibiraj is currently working on his next movie Kattappava Kanom that is under production. Meanwhile, the makers have planned to release the promo of this film. The teaser will be out on August 12th. Directed by debutante Mani Seiyon, a former associate of Arivazhagan, Kattappava Kanom is expected to be a comedy entertainer. It also has Aishwarya Rajesh, Kaali Venkat, Mime Gopi, Yogi Babu and Livingston in important roles.

"Kattappa" goes missing in Sibiraj's next Movie
Actor Sathyaraj's role as Katappa has earned him good recognition, and now his son Sibiraj is using that name for his next film."Kattappavae Kaanom" is the title of his upcoming film with debut director Mani. Aishwarya Rajesh will be playing the lead heroine role.The director says that Kattappa will be the name of the person who goes missing, and they have chosen this title as needed a reputed name to play him — even as we were discussing it, Sibi entered and suggested ‘Why not Kattappa?’. We thought it was really apt and used it, which eventually became the title.
Vijay Sethupathi dubs for Kattappa
Sibiraj-Aishwarya Rajesh starrer Kattappava Kanom has been making healines ever since its launch. For the first time, a Vaastu fish will an important role in the film. Produced by Madhusoodhanan Karthik, Shivakumar, Venkatesh and Lalith under Wind Chimes Media Entertainment, this fantasy-comedy is directed by Mani Seiyon. And now, the team has roped in actor Vijay Sethupathi to dub for Kattapa, the fish.
Vijay Sethupathi to lend his voice for Kattappa
After the success of his first horror flick 'Jackson Durai', actor Sibiraj is presently busy shooting for his first fantasy flick 'Kattappava Kanom' directed by Mani Seiyon, a former associate of director Arivazhagan of 'Eeram' fame. Aishwarya Rajesh plays the female lead in this film. The film has a Vaasthu fish as one of its central characters and Kattappa is the name of the fish. Interestingly, the versatile actor Vijay Sethupathi will be dubbing the dialogues of this fish. This is the first time the 'Sethupathi' actor will be dubbing for a film in which he has not acted. The entry of Vijay Sethupathi is sure going to enhance the fortunes of the film and we can also expect that the actor would have made some wonders as a dubbing artist.
