Mega actress Niharika Konidela tried to test her luck in Telugu film industry by making her debut ‘Oka Manasu’, directed by Rama Raju but unfortunately, the movie turned out commercially flop at the box office and on its opening day, it received negative remarks. Actor Naga Shourya played the lead role. It was a low budget movie but became fail to recover the investment. After the release of Oka Manasu, Niharika did not sign any movie yet. According to the latest update, Niharika is planning to start the new season of web series ‘Muddapappu Aavakai’. It was the safest route for Niharika for her acting debut and she received lot of appreciations. Praveen of the web series fame, will helm this series. Niharika and Pratap will play the lead role . It will be produced by Pink Elephant Pictures and the will be scored by Karthik Rodriguez.
Charmme to play heroine in 'Muddapappu'
In normal Telugu parlance, a timid, lazy but beautiful children are fondly called 'Muddapappu'. In fact, the word would be used to tease such children. The same would also turn a nickname for some people. Now, a Telugu film is likely to come up with that word 'Muddapappu' as its title. Charmme was roped in as the heroine and she would play the title role in the movie. A novice director is likely to wield the megaphone for the film.
