The regular shooting of a film directed by Trivikram Srinivas and produced by Allu Aravind on the banner of Gita Arts with Pawan Kalyan and Ileana in the lead was launched a few days ago. However, there was an unavoidable gap in the shooting due to some circumstances. However, the shooting is likely to resume in May and would continue in a brisk pace. Devisri Prasad is scoring tunes for the movie and it is said that Pawan Kalyan's character in the film would be on the lines of 'Khushi'. The film would be a complete entertainer. Director Trivikram Srinivas prepared the subject keeping Pawan Kalyan's image in view. Especially the scenes involving Pawan Kalyan, Sunil, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam and Brahmanandam, the punching dialogues of Power Star are likely to enthral the audiences. After 'Khushi' the film would be yet another sensational film and Trivikram Srinivas is striving hard to make the film as the career best film for Pawan Kalyan. This is the first ever combination for Devisri Prasad and Pawan Kalyan and the producer is making efforts to release the film in October.
Pavan Launches Karoke Garage
Yogaraj Bhatt's protege Pavan who made his debut as a director with 'Lifeu Ishtene' is back with his second film 'Lucia'. Pavan who has finished the shooting of the film is planning to promote the film in a big way and one such initiative to promote the film is called 'Karaoke Garage'. 'Karaoke Garage' is nothing but a website created by the 'Lucia' team to promote the film. The website consists many Karaoke tracks from various films of various languages. There will be many contests held to promote the film and people who want to watch the premiere of the film with celebrities can participate in the contests and win a chance to watch the movie with the celebrities.
Pavan Wadeyar To Direct Action Film Next
Director Pavan Wadeyar is basking in the glory after his recent release Googly has been declared a big hit. He has some more to cheer as he has won his first award. He has won the best lyrics award in Mirch Music Awards for the song Pyarge Aagbittaite from his first film Govindaya Namaha. When everyone is wondering what he will come up with next, Pavan has let us on a little secret. He is working on a script that is action packed. He had come up with the plot months ago and is creating the script around it now. He says that he did not have any specific hero in mind but was certain he wanted to direct an action film only. He said that he will not compromise on the humorous dialogues that have been the highlights of both his films even in the action film. He is in talks with producers and could make an announcement shortly.
A house for Pavans Puli
'Khushi' is a super hit film made in the combination of Pavan Kalyan ' SJ Surya. After a gap, the lauded duo comes together again for 'Puli'. Produced by Singanamala Ramesh Babu, the regular shooting for the film is undergoing at a steady pace. Presently, a House-Set has been erected in Annapurna Studios, for canning a few prominent scenes of the movie. It is known that Nikisha Patel and Parvathi Melton are playing the heroines in the film.
Pa. Vijay turns producer?
Pa. Vijay, the lyricist turned actor, is said to be ready to don another role. The decision is rumoured to be fallout of a predicament faced by 'Thai Kaviyam', in which the lyricist plays the lead role. The film, written by the Tamil Nadu CM M. Karunanidhi, is now crippled by a controversy over the expenses made so far. Sources reveal that, though the movie has been on roll for quite some time, only one and half songs and a few talkie scenes have been finished. The expenses, on the other hand, have touched a whooping amount of Rs. 50 lakhs. The producer, upset by the obvious mismatch, has demanded explanation and detailed accounts. He has even gone to Producers' Council to settle things with the director. Since the producer too is close to the ruling party like Vijay himself, both have been advised by the party circles to settle the issue amicably. As part of the compromise formula, Vijay is said to have offered to pay the amount spent so far and take up the responsibility of the producer of the film. The producer too is believed to have accepted it.
Pa. Ranjith confirms his next with Rajiniakanth
Known for his films like Attakathi and Madras, director Pa. Ranjith has officially confirmed his next with Superstar Rajinikanth. Kalaipuli S Thanu will be producing this prestigious project. Shooting of this untitled Rajinikanth's next will start in Malaysia in August. Ranjith is planning to shoot subsequently in Thailand , Hong Kong for 60 days underway, followed by Chennai scheduled for 60 days.
