Re-recording of 'Prema @ Prem.com' jointly produced by Rajkumar Kaja and Padmakar Dange on the banner of Rajkumar Movies, introducing Hemanth Puvvada as director with Shashank of 'Aithe, Anukokunda Oka Roju and Sye'-fame as hero and Vidisha of 'Maa Iddari Madhyalo'-fame as heroine is in progress at Mahathi Studio in Hyderabad. Popular lyricist Viswa turned music director for this film and gave melodious tunes to all the songs. The audio which was released into the market is getting positive response. The film is said to have exposed the difference between the real love and artificial love. The producers are making efforts to get the film released somewhere this month.
'Prema Charitra' to hit screen in June 2nd week
The shooting of 'Prema Charitra' directed by H Madhusudan and produced by Sripad C Hanchate with Yashwant, Suhasini and Madhu Sharma in the lead was completed recently. Speaking on the occasion, producer says, 'There is a beautiful love pair. Another girl enters between them. How would be the situation? is the basic theme of the movie. Such stories are not new to the audiences but the scenes between that the girl and the love pair would be quite different from the earlier ones. We have completed shooting and presently re-recording work is in progress.' Director says, 'We are making efforts to release the film in the second week of June. Srilekha gave melodious tunes for songs and the response to the audio was also positive.' Haritha, Geeta Singh, Krishna, Nagababu, Narra, MS Narayana, Ali, Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao, Surya, Hariprasad, Ramjagan, Anil, Phani and others are in the cast.
'Prema Bandham' ready for release
Efforts are being made for the release of 'Prema Bandham' directed by Agastyan of 'Premalekha'-fame, presented by KPJ Suresh and Bonda Srinivasa Rao and produced by SJ Satish on the banner of Jai Balaji Movie Makers with Akash and Sridevika in the lead in August. Several prominent technicians worked for the movie which was being produced simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu. Moreover, the film had got all kinds of elements that could attract all classes of audiences. Deva's music would remain a highlight of the movie. The parents of the hero in this film are from different languages. However, the hero stays in London and pursues his education. The first half of the film runs in city backdrop, while the second half runs in rural nativity. The love thread not only between the hero and heroine but also between them and their parents were being portrayed at a high esteem.
'Prema Lokam' with Navadeep as hero
The successful Tamil film 'Ninjal Jil Jil'' directed by Selva with Navadeep and Aparna in the lead is being dubbed into Telugu as 'Prema Lokam' by B Sarada on the banner of Indian Images. Earlier, the production unit had produced 'Jodi'. According to the film unit, 'Prema Lokam' was made with a different and novel subject with love in its backdrop. To say, the film would make the youth to tour in a different world called love. The film was a big hit in Tamil and the unit is confident of a big hit in Telugu as well. The first copy of the film is ready. The producer is planning to launch the audio in the third week of August and release the film very soon. D Imaan scored music for the movie.
Prema Oka Maikam clears with A certification
Prema Oka Maikam featuring Charmi in the lead role has completed its censor formalities and the regional censor board members have cleared the film with A certification. Charmi plays the role of a call girl in the movie, and there is a triangular love story in the film triangle between a call girl, a singer and a writer. Prema Oka Maikam, directed by Chandu, stars Rahul and Saranya in the lead. The film directed by Chandu has music by M.G.K. Praveen and cinematography by Praveen Bhandari and is co-produced by K. Surya Srikanth on Touring Talkies banner. It was shot in places such Bangalore and Hyderabad. Prema Oka Maikam will hit the screens in the month of August.
Nuvvu Nenu Prema ?
Suriya shot into fame among the masses after the release of Ghajini in Telugu. Especially his histrionics, quick movements, instant changes in expression made the audiences stay glued to their seats all through the film. Soon he became a star overnight and several of his Tamil films including 'Aaru' dubbed in Telugu. In order to maintain the same tempo and mood on Suriya, his latest Tamil film 'Sillunu Oru Kaadhal' is also being released simultaneously in Telugu as 'Nuvvu Nenu Prema'. Moreover, the film has in its cast, Jyothika and Bhoomika in the female lead, who are quite familiar faces for Telugu audiences. As the title suggests, the film would be a romantic special with both the heroines. The film was directed by debutant Krishna, an associate of Gautam Menon. The film Nuvvu-Nenu-Prema, with Suriya, Jyothika and Bhoomika, will be a triangle love story, while Suriya's character was moulded in a youthful, energetic and attractive packaging. Moreover, Suriya sported a different and a more youthful look in 'Nuvvu-Nenu-Prema'. Popular music maestro A.R. Rahman composed music for the Telugu version as well which added a sheen to the love subject. The Tamil version was produced by Suriya's cousin K.E. Gnanavelraja on the banner of Studio Green, while the Telugu version is coming up in association with Gemini Film Circuit. Though Jyothika's last straight film is 'Tagore' pairing opposite Mega Star Chiranjeevi, Bhoomika's Missamma is still fresh in the minds of Telugu audiences. With the Tamil version of the film 'Sillunu Oru Kaadhal', Bhoomika made a comeback to the Tamil film industry with a meaty role. It is like a home production for Suriya and hence he is very particular in every aspect of the filmmaking. The production values are the very best. The movie has been shot in several beautiful locales including a couple of songs in Canada. Debutant director Krishna is confident that he would meet the expectations of masses. Fortunate to direct the likes of talented stars like Suriya, Jyothika and Bhoomika in his debut venture, Krishna says, 'It would be a never-seen before experience for the audience. Rahman's excellent musical score has given me more courage.'
