'Supreme' passed the Censor test with an 'U/A' Certificate and the film is gearing up for grand release on May 5th. The Censor Certificate doing rounds on social media is spreading the positive vibe already. With a crisp run time of 142 minutes, 'Supreme' guarantees a paisa vasool entertainment. Most of the noted films released in the past one year have been released with an run time of more than 150 minutes. On most occasions, Audience complained those film would have fared well if trimming was perfect. 'Supreme' mayn't face such criticism as Makers made sure there was no lag what-so-ever. Dil Raju & Co. were confident of regaining lost glory with 'Supreme' success. The seasoned producer will be releasing the movie in Nizam & Vizag on his own hoping it will be a money spinner.
'Classmates' would run like a hit film 'Nuvve Kaavali'
Directed by K Vijayabhaskar and produced by Sravanti Ravikishore on the banner of Sravanti Movies with Sumanth, Sada, Sunil, Sharvanand, Ravivarma and Kamalini Mukherjee in the lead roles was released on April 20. The film began its run with a divided talk. Producer Ravikishore says, 'The original film 'Classmates' in Malayalam was a big hit. We made certain changes to the original and remade the film in Telugu. We ensured that each scene in the film would be very near to real life. All those who watched the film are giving good remarks, with only one minus remark that comedy is missing in the film. In fact, we planned to portray the film differently. Everyone who watched our earlier film 'Nuvve Kaavali' said that it is an average film and run for three weeks but it was proved to be a big hit. I am hopeful that 'Classmates' would also become a hit and picks up slowly. I am planning my next film with 'Ram' of Jagadam'-fame.'
'KBL' will run 100days 'Dil'Raju
Varun Sandesh and Shweta Prasad as the lead pair, in the direction of Srikanth Addala a debutant, producer 'Dil' Raju is making the film 'Kotha Bangaru Lokam' on Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. The film is going to be released on 9th for Vijaya Dasami. On this occasion, the unit members met the press on 7th at their office in Hyderabad. Speaking to the press 'Dil'Raju said, 'We have completed filming. Two days ago, we organized a preview for the seniors and our well wishers in the industry. Everyone complimented that it as a super hit film, and specifically appreciated the climax. Mickey J Mayer has composed fantastic music for us. The audio has already gone to become a chartbuster. We are going to organize a platinum disc function, once the movie is released. Varun Sandesh and Swetha Prasad have done a very good job in their roles. Srikanth Addala has directed it with his meticulous efforts. 'Kotha Bangaru Lokam' will surely be another 100 days film from our banner.' Varun Sandesh, Chota K Naidu, Mickey J Mayer, Srikanth Addala were present on this occasion.
Superb response for Run pre-release tour
As part of the promotions, 'Run' team has been visiting colleges in Hyderabad and Andhra for a few days. The team visited colleges in Hyderabad, Vizianagaram, Vizag, Kakinada, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Guntur, Vijayawada etc and interacted with students. The team has been getting warm reception everywhere and they are thrilled with the overwhelming response from the students. Flash mobs are being organized by the team and students are grooving to the energetic tunes of Bejawada and Pistha songs along with hero Sundeep Kishan, Anisha Ambrose etc. This black comedy thriller will be loved by youth and with only two days for the release (23rd March), they are very excited to watch the movie. The unit is very confident that 'Run' will repeat the magic created by 'Neram' in Malayalam and Tamil. They will visit colleges in Guntur and Warangal today.
Brahmotsavam’s run time locked
The censor certification of Brahmotsavam was completed yesterday, and the film received an clean ‘U’ certificate. Latest update from the censor board reveals that the film’s run time has been locked to 153 minutes. Reports coming in are hugely positive, and the buzz sorrowing this film is also huge. The film is a complete family entertainer and has some seasoned artists like Satyaraj, Jayasudha and Revathi playing very important roles. Prabhas' next with Run Raja Run director Sujeeth
Prabhas’ next bi-lingual after Baahubali: The Conclusion seems to be with Run Raja Run director Sujeeth. According to reports, the film is a big budget entity that will be done both in Telugu and Hindi. The makers are apparently looking to cast a suitable heroine who wields popularity in both languages. The team is also aiming for a release next year. The crew according to sources has Madhi handling the cinematography department and Sabu Cyril looking after the art department. Official confirmation on this is being awaited.
