The film Shatru, which has been in the making for the last two years, will be released this week. There is one more good news from the team. The lead actor Prem, announced on Tuesday morning that the differences between him and the producer over remuneration has been resolved. Prem said that since the remuneration was not agreed upon, he was in possession of the BKT (Bangalore-Kolar-Tumkur) distribution rights of the film. But recently, the producer paid him the remuneration which was not too much of a burden on him. Prem added that even he is not disappointed with the amount he has received. Prem said that for one year, he refused other films for the sake of this film. He had to develop six-pack abs for his first action film. He said he did many of the stunts himself risking his life. Shatrughan Sinha narrates Dashavtar

Dashavtar is based on the ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu and has been directed by Bhavik. It has been produced by the Pune-based Anushvi Productions in association with Phoebus Creations Media Pvt. The kidnapper and his henchmen arrive and set fire to the temple door in the hope of burning them alive. As the girl prays to the idol of Lord Krishna a miracle happens and the goons get a beating. A pujari appears, and Ajay believes that they were saved by him. But the pujari who is none other than Lord Vishnu's devotee Naarad, who assures the children that it was none other than the Lord himself who is their saviour. As the boy is skeptical, Naarad decides to prove the Lord's power and tricks the children into reciting a mantra that sends them into space, their dress and appearance changing to a traditional one. They are transported in time when the world is facing a cosmic dissolution. Lord Brahma. having created the world through his day (which spans millions of years ) is now resting through the night waiting for the dissolution of the world before he starts the creation for a new age. While sleeping the Vedas slip out of Brahmadev's mouth and the demon Hayagreev listens to them and decides to absorb the Vedas, which is seen by an apsara who panics and approaches Naarad Muni to stop the catastrophe. And then Lord Vishnu appears to fulfill the cosmic destiny of selecting 'Manu' to carry civilization forward and save the Vedas for mankind. Watch 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' before protesting: Shatrughan

With Salman Khan flick "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" landing in controversy due to several religious organisations raising objections to the title and content of the film, BJP MP and actor Shatrughan Sinha has come out in support of the former, stating that the protesters should first watch the film before complaining. At an event to launch a magazine cover, Sinha told media: "My humble request to them is not to have these reactions before watching the film. Salman and I are very good family friends and when I haven't seen the film so how can they claim about watching the film." "As far as I know, Bajrangi Bhaijaan along with being a commercial film is also a very healthy film. I've been told it is the most secular film in recent times. It unites the society and people are praising it a lot. I appeal to people to give us a fair chance. If there were issues with it, the censor board, which is a government body, wouldn't have approved it." "Even films which win National Awards are not spared and protests are launched against them. 'Mobocracy' is gaining precedence over democracy," he said, referring to the protest culture in the country. The Kabir Khan directed film would face difficulty in releasing the movie on the scheduled release date if these issues are persisted with by the groups.

Shahrukh or Abhishek?

MusicMazaa reported yesterday about Yash Chopra's 'Dhoom 2' set to upstage Shahrukh's 'Don' because of the 'differences' between the two Bollyood bigwigs. Continuing in the same vein, is another Breaking News: Aditya Chopra, the man with the midas touch who has given two of the biggest hits 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' and 'Mohabbatein' (Both starring SRK) has decided to cast Abhishek Bachchan in his next directorial venture. Rani Mukherjee, in all probability will be the female lead. It is very clear that Yash Chopra camp wish to give a very clear message to Shahrukh Khan that nobody is indispensable. It is being said that Yash Chopra is incensed with SRK for his 'silent' opposition of Amitabh Bachchan and that's why son Abhishek is being cast in Adi's film. Chopra Senior had strongly defended Shahrukh when Sunny Deol was angry about being shortchanged in 'Darr'. And since that Hit, SRK has featured in all their films, be it 'DDLJ', 'Dil To Pagal Hai', 'Mohabbatein' and 'Veer Zaara'. With the ten year bond coming apart, Chopras are bonding with Deols once again by signing Bobby Deol for Shaad Ali's 'Jhoom Barabar Jhoom'. Maybe it's their way of burying the hatchet. With Bollywood riding on the recent successes, it's also time for some big-time-animosities. And inflated balloons of ego being burst by 'mutual compromise'. The next move will be from the depleted SRK camp. MusicMazaa will be the first to report it to all our loyal patrons the world over.

Shahrukh Is a Cripple

The eternal loverboy Shahrukh Khan has been crippled. Don't get me wrong, and please control your heart if it is shattered, but the news is true. If only fictitiously. Gotcha! Right'Well, the rumour has now been confirmed. SRK has a slight cripple in one of his legs in KJ's 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna'. It's not as if he always had the ailment. He went through this trough in life after having played his share of football and basketball, a la 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai'. An accident gives him a limp-in-the-leg. And he gets crippled in the mind owing to this setback. It would be interesting to watch SRK in a role where he is made out to be a bit of a weakling. With due respect to all the critics (Me included) one should stop pestering Shahrukh with this allegation that 'Hey he does the same thing again and again. There's no variety. He can't go out of his comfort level of a Raj or Rahul.' What no one should forget is that each time SRK gets on the screen; he is a dynamite of energy. There's something that is magnetic about him that pulls people to the big screen and spend millions to watch him woo his heroines. I guess it's a seasonal thing where as people say good things about one and not so good things about others. But I am not guessing when I say that SRK season is about to begin. And it will last the year end for sure.
