The Supreme Audio Company has successfully released the music of many blockbuster movies in Tollywood. The head of Supreme Audio, Raju Hirwani has ventured in to production and made his first film 'Asthram' with Vishnu and Anushka in the main role, in the direction of 'Bhasha' fame Suresh Krishna, on Supreme Movies Pvt Ltd banner. He took a break for some time, as his first film was not successful at the box office. Now he is back to produce a new film based on a love story, with Tarun playing the lead role. A young debutant director will be introduced with this film. The shooting will begin from 15th November.
‘Supreme Movies’ acquires ‘Orange’ rights in USA
Ram Charan Teja’s upcoming flick ‘Orange’ under the direction of Bommarillu Bhaskar is currently shooting at Australia and the schedule in Australia would go on for a month. The latest news is that the Supreme Movies has acquired the US theatrical screening rights of ‘Orange’ film. The movie has Genelia and Shazahn Padamsee, a debutant in the female leads. The movie also has technically strong members, Marthand.k.Venkatesh as editor of the film, Peter Hynes handling the fights and Kiran Reddy as cinematographer. Harris Jayraj is scoring the music for the film. K. Naga babu is producing it under the renowned banner ‘Anjana Productions’. The movie is one of the biggest releases of this summer.
Supreme release pre-poned
To avoid clash with Suriya starrer sic-fi thriller '24', Dil Raju decided to pre-pone the theatrical release of Sai Dharam Tej and Raashi Khanna starrer 'Supreme' by one day. While 'Supreme' releases on May 5th, '24' arrives on May 6th. Trade Circles say, 'Supreme' will get benefitted with the change of release date. If released on Same Day, Screen Count would have been less and Day 1 collections of the movie could have been low. With preponement, 'Supreme' will be able to get a massive release to generate an impressive share. Another advantage would be, Talk of 'Supreme' will settle down by the night shows of Day 1. So that, The mass entertainer could benefit from it if the word-of-mouth in good even if '24' hits the screens on May 6th. Makers have applied for Censor screening of 'Supreme' Today. Certification might be issued by Tomorrow afternoon.
Supreme 11 Days Collections
Sai Dharam Tej continues to impress with his crowd pulling ability. 'Supreme' is third-film in a row for this Young Hero to collect a share close to Rs 20 crore. After Rs 13 crore first week, 'Supreme' remained rock solid in the 2nd Weekend to rake in Rs 4 crore. By the time 'Brahmotsavam' hits the screens, This film is gonna collect at least 2-3 crore more to join the Rs 20 crore club. Since his debut, Tej is doing out and out commercial films because of his limitations and that's working in his favor. At some point, He need to sign content-driven films else audience might feel monotony. Supreme Court makes national anthem compulsory
National Anthem is a matter of huge pride for every Indian. The supreme court today, passed a judgment that the national anthem should be played in every movie theater in the country.Before the start of every screening, the national anthem will be played and all those who fail to do so might face consequences. Although many theaters are already playing the anthem, it is good that all the other theaters will follow this tradition.
'Athidi' audio through Supreme Music
The audio of 'Athidi' directed by Surender Reddy and produced by Rameshbabu on the banner of Krishna Productions with Prince Maheshbabu and Amritha Rao in the lead, would be released and marketed through Supreme Music. It may be mentioned here that Rameshbabu, who is also the brother of Maheshbabu, had produced a film 'Arjun' under Gunasekhar's direction, with the same hero. A huge Madhura Meenakshi temple set was exclusively built for the film with a heavy budget. However, the film failed to achieve expected success. Hence, Maheshbabu is committed to make this film a big hit to support his brother who incurred losses in his earlier film. Surender Reddy is also striving hard to fulfil Maheshbabu's ambition and is taking every precaution to make the film a big hit. The film unit claimed that Manisharma scored fantastic music for the movie.
