If sources are anything to go by, superstar Mahesh Babu's bilingual film with A.R Murugadoss is rumoured to be titled Abhimanyudu. While the makers haven't yet made any official announcement, the word in the know is that they're seriously considering the title. Apparently, the first look along with the title will most likely be revealed this Diwali. Being simultaneously shot in Tamil and Telugu, the film features Mahesh Babu as an intelligence bureau officer. Actor-filmmaker SJ Suryah plays the antagonist and he will be sporting six-pack abs.

Director AR Murugadoss’s project with Mahesh Babu is in the centre of spotlight ever since it was announced. This film is a bilingual being made in Tamil and Telugu and is touted to be the first direct Tamil film for the Prince. The project features Rakul Preet Singh as the lady lead and SJ Suryah plays the antagonist. He is said to be beefing up his body for a super toned look. RJ Balaji also plays a crucial role in the film. The latest buzz about the project is that it is titled as Abhimanyu. When we contacted director AR Murugadoss, he said, “No, its false news”.

The film's title is yet to be confirmed. We learn from unconfirmed sources that the makers are considering the title 'Abhimanyu'. This looks much likely as a few weeks back it was reported that Mahesh Babu has insisted a common title for both the Tamil and Telugu versions of the film and Murugadoss has accepted the hero's request. ' Abhimanyu is certainly a common and connectable name for both Tamil and Telugu speaking people as it is derived from the great Indian Epic Mahabharatha. It is the name of the young warrior, the son of Arjuna who fought and sacrificed his life for the Pandavas in the final war. However this is based on the information we get from an unconfirmed source. We can expect the makers to confirm the title soon. Director Murugadoss who is active in social media has been promptly confirming the correct information and denying the wrong information about his films through the Twitter platform. If he either confirms or denies the title 'Abhimanyu' we will be the first to inform you about that.
Abhimanyu Director Arjun Sarja
Arjun Sarja is all set to direct his first film in Kannada called 'Abhimanyu'. Besides Kannada, Arjun has plans to dub the same film in Tamil and Telugu also. While the Kannada film is called as 'Abhimanyu', the Tamil and Telugu versions will be named as 'Jai Hind 2'. Arjun says he draw the inspiration for the film from former President Dr A P J Abdul Kalam. 'I read an article written by him a few months back and was very much impressed by it. I got inspiration from it and I started writing the script for this film. The film will be about the current education system in India. Nearly 75% of the children are studying in Government Schools, while the rest of the children are studying in the Convents. I represent the 75% population in the film' says Arjun Sarja. Arjun says the film is an out and out commercial film with lots of action portions in it. Arjun has plans to shoot the film in London, Mumbai, Chennai and other places.
Actress Radikaa's daughter to get engaged to Abhimanyu Mithun
Veteran southern actress Radikaa's daughter Rayane Radikaa will get engaged to Indian cricketer Abhimanyu Mithun on September 23 in a traditional ceremony here. "They'll get engaged on September 23. The wedding date is not finalised. Both Rayane and Abhimanyu have been dating for a while and with the approval of both their families, they're finally getting ready to tie the knot," a source close to Radikaa's family told. Mithun plays in IPL for Royal Challengers Bangalore and has also represented India in a few One-Day International (ODI) matches. Rayane currently helps her mother in film production.
