"AGGAR may come along with RGV KE AAG" - Varun Bajaj

"We are deciding about the release date but there is a strong probability of our film AGGAR clashing with RAM GOPAL VARMA KE AAG", says Varun Bajaj, co-producer of AGGAR which is looking good to make a kill at the box office this month. "We are currently deciding upon the right release date for the film. It will either come on August 17, a week after CHAK DE INDIA or take RGV KE AAG heads on when the two films arrive on August 31. The decision should be arrived at within a day or two. If August 17 turns out to be the D-day then we will be enhancing the promotion of the film in a big way. We have quite a lot of ammunition available to fuel the film's promotion and you would see us going all out during the next few days", declares Varun Bajaj who is currently also involved in supervising over the finishing touches being given to Fardeen Khan and Kunal Khemu starrer JAI VEERU.

Kajal Aggarwal's first on-screen kiss with Randeep Hooda in Do Lafzon Ki Kahani

Kajal has apparently never done an on screen kiss, whether it be South films, or Bollywood. Since Deepak Tijori’s “Do Lafzon Ki Kahani” is anyways a love story Kajal was not prepared, nor aware of a kissing scene whilst they were filming in Malaysia, and it was a shock to her when Randeep grabbed her and smooched her, while enacting the scene. It seems Randeep Hooda caught Kajal Aggarwal completely unaware while doing a scene in Malaysia. Kajal and Randeep were doing a highly emotionally volatile scene between them, and Randeep being the actor breed, got carried away in the moment of the character, and just grabbed Kajal’s face, and went for the lip lock. Kajal immediately withdrew herself from the scene, and backed off. Although she did not say anything to her co-actor Randeep, keeping in mind his sensibilities as an actor, she called for a cut and just went aside. Deepak eventually had to go and pacify Kajal, where she asked him to delete the shot that was canned, and go for a clean take. On asking Deepak he clarified “Well I do remember Kajal had told me that she does not do kissing scenes on screen, as she is a huge south Indian movie star, and this would impact her career in South movies. But let me tell you there was no intention to malign her or kiss her out of force, but it was the emotional moment between two lovers as per the script, and I generally prefer actors doing scenes impromptu, so Randeep followed the emotional quotient of the scene, and made a go at it. Sure it did take Kajal in a shocking zone, and she did back off calling for a cut, but later on once I had explained to her the significance of the lip lock, she surrendered herself to the script, and went on to do the scene with all the passion she could put in.” It was a furious moment between Deepak and Kajal, but as they say “all’s well that ends well”, and so we finally get the South Indian queen doing her first ever Bollywood lip lock on screen.

Was Kajal Aggarwal Forced To Do A Lip-lock Scene?

Kajal Aggarwal, who has not enacted in a lip-lock scene was caught unawares, when a Hindi actor kissed her forcefully, while shooting for an emotional scene in Malaysia, according to reports. For an actress, who has always been conscious about the kind of roles she picks up, her Hindi co-star's action came in as a rude shock as she was not aware of the lip-lock scene, the script had. When actor Randeep Hooda grabbed her and went in for the lip-lock, Kajal politely withdrew and reportedly walked away without saying a word to her co-actor. The film's director Deepak had to explain Kajal the importance of the scene when she requested him to delete the already captured scene and go for another take sans the kissing part. She finally gave in and agreed to shoot for her first lip-lock scene in Bollywood, the director has said. "Well, I do remember Kajal had told me that she does not do kissing scenes on screen, as she is a huge south Indian movie star, and this would impact her career in south movies. But let me tell you, there was no intention to malign her or kiss her out of force, but it was the emotional moment between two lovers as per the script, and I generally prefer actors doing scenes impromptu, so I followed the emotional quotient of the scene, and made a go at it. Sure it did take Kajal in a shocking zone, and she did back off calling for a cut, but later on once I had explained to her the significance of the lip lock, she surrendered herself to the script, and went on to do the scene with all the passion she could put in," Deepak said in a statement.
