When Zareen Khan was asked about Salman Khan and Iulia Vantur’s rumoured wedding and if the superstar would make for a good husband, she said, “I am not here to judge. I am happy if things are happening between him and Iulia and I wish them all the best.” Tinseltown is abuzz with rumours of chronic bachelor Salman Khan having made up his mind to walk down the aisle with his steady date Iulia Vantur after the duo made their first ever public appearance at Preity Zinta’s wedding reception. If Salman does indeed marry Iulia, it would also in all likelihood signal an end to the mentoring act he has been carrying on with the starlets he launched in the industry. One such actress who is happy to see Salman and Iulia together happens to be Zareen Khan who made her debut opposite Salman in Veer years ago At the song launch of Veerapan, when Zareen was asked about Salman and Iulia’s rumoured wedding and if the superstar would make for a good husband, Zareen said, “I am not here to judge. I am happy if things are happening between him and Iulia and I wish them all the best. The whole country has been waiting for him to get married, so it’ll be something to look forward to.” Salman and Iulia have been apparently dating each other for a while now. The Romanian beauty is often spotted accompanying the superstar on his outdoor travels. She has also formed a close bond with Salman’s family members.
Black all the way at Zee Cine Awards
Zee Cine awards was held yesterday at Mauritius. The place is one of the most colorful in the world but it along with the award ceremony belonged to Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Black. It seems this year of film awards in going to be swept by Black. Black was the winner all the way at Screen, Filmfare and now at Zee Cine Awards. Black won most awards in the popular categories. It won the Best Actor, best film, best actress and best actor awards in the popular category besides the many others that it won. The critic's choice awards for the best actor, actress and the film went to Iqbal. Shreyas Talpade, Shweta Prasad and Nagesh Kukunoor went back home rejoicing their effort. Abhishek won the award for the best supporting actor in Sarkar. Nana Patekar won the award for his villainous role in Apaharan, Ritesh won for his comic timing in Bluffmaster, Himesh Reshamiya for best playback male, Vaibhavi Merchant for best choreography in Kajra re, Rekah Nigam and Vidhu Vinod Chopra for their classic dialogues in Parineeta and so on. Shiney Ahuja and Vidya Blan and Konkana Sen Sharma were awarded the most promising newcomers award. The event was sponsored by LIC and organized at Swami Vivekananda International Convention Center in Mauritius. The hosts for the evening were Karan Johar, Arjun Rampal, Konkona Sen Sharma and many others. The evening saw the true glitterati and glam the true bollywood style. The evening ended with great epoch and pomp.
"I spoke about Kangana because of all the speculations" - Adhyayan Suman
Adhyayan Suman is peeved with some insinuations that indicate that he went to town declaring his love for Kangana for an extra mileage. He says that he would rather concentrate on his work than using an established actor's name to attract visibility. "Puhleeze, that's the least thing I would do to build my career which is shaping up so beautifully. Touchwood", says Adhyayan who has recently been signed by Bhatts for JASHN, "I spoke about Kangana because there were speculations going on and I wanted to finish them once for and all. That's the only time I spoke about Kangana and further to that I have nothing else to say." Coming down strongly on the rumor mongers, Adhyayan adds, "I don't want people to get an impression that I am using Kangana's name to move up the ladder. Our love is beyond work. In fact we don't even talk about films that we do. Where does her star status come into picture then?" All of 20, Adhyayan is quickly learning the ropes of things which go in front as well as behind the camera. "I am quite young and at the moment should be concentrating on my career rather than discussing about my love life. It should be of no one's concern actually. Talk to me about my films and I would be happy to have a conversation at length", says Adhyayan without sounding rude. Adhyayan is especially excited about RAAZ - THE MYSTERY CONTINUES for which he has wrapped up shooting. The film is releasing all over on 23rd January and features him along with Kangana. Produced by Mukesh Bhatt, the film is directed by Vishesh Films' blue eyed boy Mohit Suri.
Shahrukh to dance and cheer his team KKR for all the matches
King Khan is happy and it shows, the actor who is finding it difficult to adjust the bouquets and gifts he is receiving from around the globe will now cheer his IPL team with more smiles and enthusiasm. In a video conference with reporters, the Bollywood Badshah said, “I will sing, I will dance, I will be there to cheer up the boys.” SRK was in controversy for expressing his desire to have a Pakistani player in his team which resulted in strong reaction from the Shiv Sena which threatened to disturb the screening if SRK didn’t apologize, he didn’t and there where protest resulting in arrest and unwanted chaos anyway better sense form the government prevailed and the movie got released in the B-town and now when its creating history at the global scene. We wish SRK all the best and hope that his team KKR does write some story in this years IPL glory.
Ram Charan Teja gets all the best from 'Stylish' fan
It is well aware that 'Chirutha' directed by versatile director Puri Jagannath and produced by Mega Producer C Aswanidutt on the banner of Vyjayanti Movies introducing Ram Charan Teja, son of Padma Bhushan, Mega Star, Dr Chiranjeevi, as hero, is all set for release on September 28. Several fans of Mega Star and Power Star wished him all the best and performed pujas to Lord Ganesh during the nine-day Ganesh festival. This is all a routine affair. The special point to mention here is that young and successful hero, who already earned big name and fame as Stylish Star with his films like 'Arya, Bunny, Desamuduru and Gangotri', Allu Arjun, once again proved that he is also a fan of Chiranjeevi. Though he himself a star and the nephew of Chiranjeevi, he continues to remain the greatest fan of Chiranjeevi. Nagarjuna wishes all the best to Chiru!
Actor Nagarjuna amidst the shooting of King congratulated his counterpart Chiru for launching successfully his much awaited political career by establishing a party named as Praja Rajyam Party, while meeting reporters at Annapoorna Studios. He also appreciated Chiranjeevi for talent in films and hoped similar success in politics through exposing talent. The actor emphasized on maintaining good relationship with the rulers and he also does maintain good relations with certain ministers. He also pointed out that maintaining such relations in the interest of industry. Nagarjuna stressed the need for executing the franchise with out fail and made himself an example in this regard by not missing a chance to accomplish the democratic duty.
