The success meet of ‘Thani Oruvan’ turned emotional as the film’s director Mohan Raja broke down during his speech. Raja said. His brother and the film’s lead actor Jayam Ravi was also wiping of his tears while listening to his brother’s speech. When Ravi spoke, he took pains to control shedding tears. He said "My Brother has always been with me and he would be happy only when I achieve success. I still remember how jubilant he was when my arangetram happened when I was 12. For many days he kept recounting how everyone praised my performance. For the first time I am extremely happy for him and from the depth of my heart and that’s because of ‘Thani Oruvan’. When people call him as Remake Raja I would take it as a joke as I know what he is. I would tell within myself that one day you will know what he is capable of. That day is the release day of ‘Thani Oruvan’. The serious filmmaker in him known to our family is now known to the world. I am happy and proud to have predicted that even before the film’s release. " We hope that Mohan Raja gives more good films and give more and more happy moments for his dear brother.
