Arun Daga returns with second video
Arun Daga, who recently released his album 'Jeena Tere Bina' and since then has been making waves with it's title song, has returned with a second music video for the album. Titled 'Haan Mere', it is yet another love ballad in this romantic album that has music by Sandeep-Surya and lyrics by Sayeed Quadri, Vikram Chaudhary and Naveen Tyagi. While the music video of 'Jeena Tere Bina' caught quite a few eyeballs, the same is expected from 'Haan Mere' too that is directed by Naushad Khan again. Shot in foreign locales, the music video boasts of high class and stands out amongst the crowd created by dozen odd music videos that virtually arrive every month.
Arun Kumar's career on revival path
When sons of yesteryear actors and actresses are finding their going easy, Arun Kumar has been witnessing problems otherwise. Though he managed to acting few films, he is still to establish a career for himself in the industry. Son of veteran actor Vijayakumar, Arun Kumar even acted in the lead role in Cheran's Pandavar Bhoomi and played a cameo in Iyarkai directed by Jananathan. But things did not work out for this actor, who doesn't seem short of any skills. Arun Kumar hopes that he can break the jinx this year. His long pending movie Thunichal directed by Thamizhan fame Majeed is nearing completion, while he pins lots of hopes on Azhagai Irukkirai Bayamai Irukkirathu which again is produced by Cheran and directed by Vijay Milton. Meanwhile, Arun Kumar would be acting in a movie to be produced by actor-director Arjun titled Durai. Once all these three movies are released, I am hopeful of turning around my career. My run towards success will not seize, he says.
Arun Kumar back in business
When my chips were down, Azhagai Irukkirai Bayamai Irukkirathu has come a big relief and helped revive my career, says Arun Kumar. The actor, son of veteran actor Vijayakumar, had acted in several films before. Unfortunately success was eluding him. Thrilled with the good opening for the movie, Arun Kumar says, 'All credit should go to producer Cheran and director Vijay Milton'. Arun Kumar played a rich entrepreneur in the movie who ends up marrying the heroine Mallika Kapoor finally. 'I will be acting in the lead role in a movie to be produced by Arjun and would be directed by one of his associates Jagan', says Arun. 'Having found my form back, I am keen not to miss the opportunity and carve a niche for myself here,' he adds.
Arun dreams big
Arun Kumar, one of the promising young heroes, has been struggling for success. Inspite of several movies in the recent past, big success has been eluding the actor. A good outing in the movie Azhagay Irukkirai Bayamai Irukkiradhu revived his fortunes. Now Arun Kumar is all set to star in actor Arjun's home production to be directed by Sakthi Paramesh. According to sources, the movie was initially titled Durai. However Arjun has changed the title to Thavam. Supposedly a remake of a blockbuster Telugu movie, Thavam would go to floors once Arun's Thunichal to be directed by Majeed gets completed. Arun Kumar says, "I am very choosy. If I had accepted all the offers that came my way, I would have been no where. Let's hope my forthcoming movie brings me more fortunes".
Arun Vijay wedding
Arun Vijay, hitherto known as Arun Kumar, got married to Arthy amidst glitterati early this morning. The families of Arun Vijay and Arthy, a postgraduate in psychology, welcomed the swarm of guests while they were still busy with the formalities and rituals of the wedding. Vijaya Kumar, Manjula, Arun Vijay's sisters Preetha, Sridevi, Director Hari and the rest of the family members wore a smile throughout the happy occasion. The celebrities from tinsel town included Sarathkumar and Radhika, Sathyaraj, P. Vasu, Telugu hero Balakrishna, Prabhu, Ramkumar, Napolean, Chandra Sekhar, Radha Ravi, yesteryear heroines Latha, K.R Vijaya, Sri Priya, KRG of SIFC, Vaiyapuri, journalist Cho Ramasamy and many others. The guests offered their wishes to the newly-weds.
