Director Sasi Mohan is currently directing a bilingual film in Tamil and Malayalam named 'Sabharimalai Shree Ayyappan'. Kaushik Babu stars as Ayyappan in this film. National Award winning actress Priyamani and Mamtha Mohandas play the heroines. According to a press release issued by the producers of the film Anaswara Charitable Trust, a major highlight of the movie would be a seven minute glorification song on Ayyappan The press release also states that films on Ayyappan have hitherto been based on short incidents. 'Sabharimalai Shree Ayyappan' on the contrary would showcase a lengthy story that correlates to the spirit of Ayyappan.. Devotees throng Sabharimalai from November to January and the film would be a great joy for all the devotees. Mohini, Thilagan, Biju Menon and many more also feature in the cast.
'Ayyappa Deeksha' in re-recording
The shooting of 'Ayyappa Deeksha' was completed recently and re-recording is in progress. The film is being directed by Satya Reddy and produced by SN Reddy with Sivaji playing the lead role as a devotee of Lord Ayyappa. Producer SN Reddy says, 'We tried our best to present the greatness and power of Lord Ayyappa and the rules to be followed by devotees. We completed the talkie and there are six songs in the film. We are introducing Prem as music director through this film. Sivaji has given a tremendous performance as the devotee and his character will be a highlight. Director Satya Reddy has made the film impressively. We will release both the audio and the film as early as possible.'
Allu Ayaan to break Akhil's record?
Buzz in the tinsel town is that Stylish star Allu Arjun's son Ayaan is reportedly making a sleek appearance in his upcoming Trivikram directorial film titled 'Son of Satyamurthy'. If this happens, Ayaan will break Akkineni Akhil's record, where he was the first Telugu star kid to play lead role at the youngest age. Akhil's 'Sisindri' went on to become a sensational hit of that time and now it paved the way to make his debut in VV Vinayak direction. Radha Krishna is producing Allu Arjun-Trivikram's Son of Satyamurthy featuring Samantha, Nithya Menon, Adah Sharma, Sneha, Upendra, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Rajendra Prasad and others in key roles.

Shashi Mohan taken the charge of direction, Koushikbabu plays the title role, Vijeesh Mani presenting the film. Films shooting launched at Annapoorna Studios on Tuesday. Dr Dasari claped for the first scene, actor Krishnam Raju switched on the camera and EVV Satyanarayana engaged the honorary direction. The lead actor Koushik Babu has earned a good popularity among the audience through his appearance for a tele-serial on the God. Hence the silver screen appearance will also yield success says the unit. He started his career as a child artist in Telugu cinema and expanded into other languages in later days. With the help of top technicians the film is first scheduled in Hyderabad and next leg at Kerala and thirdly in Chennai. It is also clarified that the revenue earned out of the film will be utilized for social works done by the trust. Till now 8 songs recorded with the music direction of Mohan Sitara . Other main casts includes with Prabhu, Mamtha Mohandas and Riyaaz Khan. Cinematography is done by Ramesh, Editing by Umashankar Babu and the executive producer is Sharanya Sampathkumar.

Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho For Onam
Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho, the Kunchacko Boban movie directed by Sidhartha Siva, will hit the theatres for Onam. Lead actor cum producer of the movie, Kunchacko Boban confirmed the news recently. Even though the actual release date is yet to be finalised, sources suggest that KPAC will be released by the second week of September. The team is expected to announce the release date soon. Rudraksh Sudheesh, the son of actor Sudheesh, makes his acting debut with KPAC. The movie will feature Kunchacko Boban and Rudraksh as the title characters Kochavva and Ayyappa Das, respectively. Anusree essays the female lead opposite Kunchacko Boban in the movie scripted by director Sidhartha Siva, himself. The duo has earlier shared the screen in Rajamma @ Yahoo and Pullipulikalum Aattinkuttiyum. Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho revolves around, Kochavaa and Ayyappa Das, and how writer Paulo Coelho's popular work Alchemist influence them. The movie will also feature a newcomer as one of the two female leads. The movie, which also marks the comeback of legendary production banner Udaya, will also have KPAC Lalitha, Nedumudi Venu, Mukesh, Suraj Venjarammoodu, Aju Varghese, etc. in the other key roles.
