MS Raju is a busy man these days. With Vaana nearing completion and with the added burden of launching his son soon, he is a man with a hand in too many pies. But given his Midas touch, he is bound to ensure that all his films are a hit as always. The latest from his camp is that Bhavana has been signed to do a film with Supergood Films. Though one doesn't know which one, but it is confirmed that she will be doing a film with the banner. Looks like the Malayalee belle has charmed the Telugu makers in a big way!
Bhavanas dream comes true
Bhavana is a well-known name in the Tamil and Malayalam industries. With 'Ontari', she is also a household name in Telugu these days. She is mighty thrilled for doing films in all three languages. Apparently, this anchor turned actress, loves acting. And her career's highpoint came when she got to act with Madhavan. Bhavana drools over this chubby Tamil hero and it was her dream to act with him. Luckily for her, she got the opportunity pretty soon as she got to act with him in a Tamil film called 'Arya'. Isn't that one lucky girl?
Bhavana to play opposite Nithin
Bhavana, who played heroine in 'Ontari' opposite Gopichand, was selected for a film to be produced by Manyam Ramesh on the banner of Manyam Entertainments and presented by Manyam Suryanarayana, introducing popular side villain GV Sudhakar as director, with Nithin as the hero. Though 'Ontari' was not that big hit at Box Office, she earned a good name in Tollywood. However, she did not get many an opportunity after that film. The regular shooting of the film would begin from May 21. Nagababu, who is also the brother-in-law of the producer, is playing a key role in the movie while Manisharma is scoring music. Nivas is penning dialogues and Ram Prasad is the cinematographer. Debutant director GV is also providing story, screenplay for the flick. Let us wait and watch whether this film would bring luck both to Nithin and Bhavana.
'Bavalu Sayya' remixed for Sivaji's film
The super hit song which rocked the Andhra audiences 'Bavalu Sayya'' in 'Bava-Bavamaridi' some 15 years ago, is being remixed again for 'Maa Aayana Chantipilladu' directed by Raja Vannemreddy and produced by Bekkem Venugopal on the banner of Lucky Media with Sivaji, Meera Jasmine and Sangita in the lead. Producer says, 'The remix song was choreographed on Sangeeta as her introduction song. The shooting of the film was almost complete and the DTS work is in progress. The first copy would be ready by the end of May.' Presenter of the film Soma Vijayaprakash says, 'The film would be a feast to the eyes of Telugu audiences and they could enjoy the beauties of West Godavari.' MM Srilekha, who scored music for the film says, 'There is a very good response to the audio and I am very happy in this aspect. Especially, I personally liked the tune 'Yevandoy Srivaru'' choreographed on Meera Jasmine.' Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar penned three lyrics for the flick. Following the success of the audio, the film unit had released the audio CDs. Mamidisetty Srinivas is the presenter.
Bhavana in Tollywood
Actress Bhavana has carved a niche for herself in Malluwood before venturing to Kollywood. Thanks to 'Chithiram Pesuthadi', she announced her arrival with bang in Tamil cinema. Though her subsequent films could not do well at the box office, she managed to act opposite big heroes in Tamil including Madhavan, Bharath among others. She is currenmtly acting in 'Jayam Kondaan' opposite Vinay. Meanwhile, the actress from the God's Own Country will foray to Tollywood. She plays Nitin's heroine in a movie titled 'Hero'. All the best to the young actress, who is literally going places.
Bhavana The beautiful cop
Bhavana, the actress from Kerala, is already making waves in Kollywood and Tollywood. She is awaiting the release of her Tamil venture 'Jeyam Kondaan in which she pairs opposite Vinay. She also has a couple of projects lined up in Malayalam filmdom. Meanwhile Bhavana has been assigned to do the role of a tough cop in a movie. She plays Nithin's heroine in the film. It could be quite interesting to see how Bhavana who has been hitherto cast in demure roles makes the transition. 'I am happy to do the role of a police officer. I am watching action films now. Hopefully I would get my act right'.
