Notable actor from Mollywood, Biju Menon, stepped to Kollywood a few years ago, when the opportunities in Malayalam became lean. The handsome actor who was popular in Mollywood playing heroes in hit films like 'Mazha', 'Madhuranombarakaatu', 'Meghamalhar', 'Sivam' and 'Achanayaananikku Ishtam' was in Tamil, offered more roles which had negatives shades. Biju Menon didn't complained but did the best to make his over pitched roles in films like 'Agaram', 'Thampi', 'Majaa' and 'June R', look natural. The actor, who had just completed another villainous role in 'Arasangam', is now offered a big role in the new film directed by Prabhadeva after the super hit 'Pokkiri'. Biju Menon will take on Illayathalapathy Vijay in this new film tiled 'Singam'. The movie produced by Ayngaran international will start its shoot by June.
Biju Menon and Fahad come together
Though Fahad Fazil has been creating waves in Mollywood for the last few years, there has been very few films which had him team up with another quality actor of Mollywood, Biju Menon. There has been very few instances where the two had come together for a film. Anyhow, the latest we hear is that Fahad and Biju Menon will be sen together soon for a new movie. This will be for the new project by cinematographer turned director P Sukumar. This yet to be titled project has not yet confirmed its other cast and crew. Meanwhile Biju menon is basking in the glory of the success of his new film 'Vellimoonga'. The actor reveals that initially he was little hesitant to take up the role as a sole hero of a movie as he was recently joining only films with multiple heroes. Biju says he wanted to avoid the burden of success of failure that may be attached to the lead actor of a movie. Anyhow Biju liked the approach of the director Jibu Jacob who decided to tell the movie in simple manner without any gimmicks. Biju also attributes these reasons for the success of 'Vellimoonga'
Biju Menon-Indrajith Team’s Lakshyam Goes On Floors!
Lakshyam, which is a thriller, with Biju Menon and Indrajith in the lead roles, has gone on floors.. Biju Menon and Indrajith will be seen sharing the screen space in the upcoming Malayalam movie, which has been titled as Lakshyam. The film, directed by debutante Anzar Khan, has its script written by Jeethu Joseph. Reportedly, the shoot of the film commenced on Novemeber 24, 2016 in Ernakulam. If reports are to be believed, the major portions of the film will be shot in Pooyamkutti forest of Kothamangalam region. In fact, the recently released blockbuster movie Pulimurugan was mainly shot in these regions. Lakshyam is said to be in the lines of a thriller, which has forest as its main background. The story of the film mainly revolves around two main characters played by Biju Menon and Indrajith. In fact, Indrajith's previous venture Kaadu Pookkunna Neram also had forest as its main background. Indrajith would be seen in the role of a techie named Vimal whereas Biju Menon would be seen as Musthafa, a person hailing from the slums. Actress Sshivada is also said to be doing an important role in the film. Interestingly, the film will be distributed to the theatres by actor Dileep under his production banner. The movie is expected to hit the theatres in 2017.
Kavya And Biju Menon In Onnum Midathae
Kavya Madhavan and Biju Menon are joining together for the movie ‘Onnum Midathae’. Sugeeth is the director of the films. His previous films are Ordinary and 3 Dots. The script of the film by Rajesh Raghavan. Shaffer Sett is producing this film in the banner of Gurban Films. This is the first film of Sugeeth with Kavya Madhavan.. Biju Menon had already done important characters in his previous films.

Biju Menon and Asif Ali are gearing up to team up in a movie. Interestingly, they will play father and son in it. The movie will revolve around the love affairs of the duo. The actor remarks that even his wife, former actress Samyuktha Varma wants to lead a normal life and doesn't want to be in the limelight. The couple has also decided that their only son Daksh Darmik will have a normal childhood like other kids. Biju Menon gives the complete credit of his successful family life to wife Samyuktha. The actor says that both him and Samyuktha belongs to middle-class families and want to lead a simple life. That was the major reason behind Samyuktha's decision to quit the movies after marriage and settle down as a homemaker. Samyuktha Varma was never so keen to establish an acting career. The actress even went on to shock the South movie industry by rejecting Rajinikanth starrer Baba. She has also turned down some prestigious flicks like Kadha Parayumbol. Biju Menon and Samyuktha Varma undoubtedly make one of the ideal couples of M'town.
