Jayam Ravi and Trisha starred Bhooloham is one of the long waited projects that was on sets for quite a long time and finally set to hit the screens in July. None other than Bhooloham producers have met the press and announced the Bhooloham release last evening and are expected to officially announce the release date soon. Debutante Kalyana krishnan directed Bhooloham aka Boologam is about a boxer played by Ravi and Trisha will be seen as his ardent fan who even inked his tattoos on her arms and thighs. Produced by Venu Ravichandran on Aascar Films banner, Srikanth Deva scored the music for Bhooloham.
Special set worth Rs. 1.5 crore for 'Bhoologam'
The climax of upcoming Tamil action-thriller "Bhoologam", featuring Australian wrestler Nathan Jones and Jayam Ravi, is ready to be canned in a boxing ring set specially erected here at the cost of Rs.1.5 crore. Nathan Jones arrived in the city Tuesday, and will soon start shooting for the film. "Nathan arrived last night (Tuesday). He is likely to start shooting the talkie portion today (Wednesday) and the fight sequences in a few days. We have erected a special boxing ring set in a studio here at the cost of nearly Rs. 1.5 crore," a source from the film's unit said. Jayam Ravi and Nathan, who had previously locked horns in Tamil action-drama "Peranmai", will be fighting each other in a boxing match this time for a 12-minute sequence. International stunt coordinator Larnell Stovall, who is known for films such as "The Hunger Games", "Jarhead" and "Olympus Has Fallen", will choreograph the stunts for the boxing scene. "Bhoologam", which is being directed by debutant Kalyan Krishna, is the story of a boxer, played by Ravi in the film. It is being produced by Venu Ravichandran of Aascar Films. The film also features Trisha Krishnan, Prakash Raj, Ponvannan and Ganja Karuppu.
Jayam Ravi’s and Samuthirakani above Boologam
Jayam Ravi, who is filming his most delayed Aadhi Bhagavan, has signed three new projects. The actor is now planning to start shooting for Samuthirakani’s untitled flick before Boologam. This Jayam Ravi and Samuthirakani duo will go on floors only after the former is done with the schedules of Aadhi Bhagavan. Samuthirakani will shortly announce his forthcoming movie, once he finalizes the cast and crew. Director Ameer Sultan’s Aadhi Bhagavan casts Jayam Ravi, Neetu Chandra and Sudha Chandran in the leads that have tunes composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, which might hit the screens in later half of 2012. Meanwhile the lad has signed one more film with SP.Jananathan and also touted to lead the remake of Delhi Belly. Ascar films producing Boologam will have Tamirabharani fame Muktha shaking legs with Jayam Ravi for the songs composed by Vijay Antony.
Jayam Ravi and Trisha's Boologam is Clean
Jayam Ravi and Trisha starred Boologam that was long in making has recently cleared the censors with a clean U certificate. Directed by Kalayana Krishnan, Booligam is set in North Madras and is based on boxing matches and fixing. Ravi played the role as a boxer while Trisha will be seen as his ardent fan who gets inked his tattoos on shoulder arms and thighs. Srikanth Deva has provided music for Jayam Ravi's Boologam produced by V Ravichandran on his Aascar Films banner. For now, makers are likely to release this action packed entertainer Boologoam on 23rd of May. Meanwhile, Trisha is busy shooting for Thala 55, whereas Ravi is juggling between Jayam Raja directing Thani Oruvan with Nayantara and romantic comedy film Romeo Juliet with Hansika.
