More news →'Chali 100°' - A tale of youthful exuberance
Stories made on innocence, adolescence and the magic of youth always cast enchanting spells permeating our hearts with joy. This is the stuff that livesare made with. Exploits during our formative years stand in good stead molding our futures with lasting impressions. Anita Udeep is currently filming an exciting Telugu film along these lines titled 'Chali 100°'. Having already made two films, 'Knock, knock'.I am looking to marry' and the animation flick 'Gulliver's Travels' in English, it is now a Telugu movie 'CHALI 100 degree'. 'Fun-times' for just about anybody is life after school and college hours. 'What's interesting is that this is a high school film with hardly any classroom scene' says the young filmmaker. The exploits of Surya, B.LO, Tanya, Rohit, Akash and Ralte on hostel campus would most certainly arouse the curiosity especially in the background of the dense forest atmosphere that prevails on their campus. The movie would be mostly on the lives of these young adults in their 12th grade. 'The film will have exciting action and humor laced with loads of twists and turns' says Anita. Music for Chali 100° is being designed in such a precise manner that it plays different characters in the film so much so that the music part would synchronize with the emotions of the lead characters identifying with their innate natures. The film is also planned to have a simultaneous release in Tamil titled 'Kulir 100°'. Anita Udeep, who is a well qualified filmmaker post graduating in Fine Arts specializing in filmmaking from the Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. She has the unique distinction of being selected to assist one of the greatest filmmakers of our times Steven Spielberg. Anita assisted him for twelve one-hour episodes of the sci-fi series 'Taken' during her stint at Dreamworks SKG at Los Angeles. A multi-talented personality, Anita Udeep is also an accomplished singer winning a Tamilnadu State Award for classical music. musicmazaa wishes this talented and passionate filmmaker all the very best in all her endeavors!
Devudu Chesina Manushulu Movie Rolls On
The regular shooting of Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja's new movie Devudu Chesina Manushulu in the direction of Puri Jagannath began yesterday at Bangkok. The movie was formally launched on Feb 17 is being produced by BVSN Prasad on Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra banner. Ileana is playing female lead opposite Ravi Teja for the third time in Devudu Chesina Manushulu. The makers are planning to wrap up the movie in an uninterrupted single schedule and release it in June. Reportedly, Ravi Teja and Ileana are acting as orphans in this movie. Raghu Kunche is scoring the music.
Celina to shed sexy image for Dubai Show
Celina Jaitley's show in Dubai is scheduled for the first week of April. And what's refreshing is that the audience will see Celina in a whole new avatar. Discarding her so-called 'sexy image', she will be performing a semi classical dance. The performance is a tribute to Meena Kumari and Madhuri Dixit. She will perform on songs from Pakeezah and Devdas. Celina is really looking forward to this performance. More so, because the opportunity to do a classical dance is very rare in Hindi films, nowadays. Actresses are just expected to do 'sexy' numbers. Incidentally, Celina has been trained in Indian classical dance. She has been rehearsing for these shows, since the last one month. Apart from the tribute, she will also dance to a medley of her own film's songs. For the medley, she will be seen in outfits in earth and fire colors. She recently completed the shooting of her film Tom Dick and Harry which will hit theatres, soon. Unfortunately, she will miss the premiere of Tom, Dick and Harry because of the world tour. After Deepak Tijori's Tom, Dick and Harry, she will be seen in Sangeet Sivan's Apna Sapna Money Money, expected to release by July, 2006.
CELINA "Vikram has given me the role of a life time!"
Celina is back in town after the successful 'HEAT' world tour. Though being jet-lagged, Celina rushed off to shoot for Vikram Bhatt's film 'RED' which is underway. In fact she has hardly caught a wink since she has arrived. But this is what Celina has to say inspite of a hectic outing, I am very excited about 'RED'. Vikram has given me the role of a life time. I'm not missing sleep; RED is making up for everything. I'm so excited about this role. After a successful world tour, I am looking forward on starting another success on the professional front with RED." Celina Jaitely amicably part ways with Prakash Jaju
Rumour has it that Celina Jaitely has amicably parted ways with her business manager Prakash Jaju. Source close to the actor has confirmed that it was a mutual decision and that Celina wanted to dissociate herself and terminated his service henceforth. Prakash Jaju has been in a whirlpool of controversy lately. Sources disclose that Celina has wished him the very best and acknowledges that he was instrumental in her career. She is still found of him but it was a professional decision. In the meanwhile, Celina has no secretary and is handling her work on her own, adds the source. Celina is currently out of town and hence unavailable for comment.

Celina has brought a new pocket sized puppy, and has named it 'Tea-cup'. Says Celina, "Tea-cup is so small & cute, a real cutie-pie I must say!! Tea- cup is so well dressed like a style icon." Celina truly lovers her canine pets, a la Paris Hilton. In addition to 'Tea'cup', she has a cocker spaniel 'Heineken', 'Shitzu', 'Pepe' and the white Labrador 'Pub Trooper'! Besides her pet indulgence, Celina career too is on a vertical high. She plays a very interesting character 'Sania Badnaam' in 'Apna Sapna Money Money'. She is also looking forward to Vikram Bhatt's film 'RED.' In fact she had been spending sleepless nights shooting for 'RED', that happened soon after her hectic 'HEAT' world tour. She has also signed two big banner films and will be making an announcement soon. So Right from 'Tea Cup' to the 'Heat World Tour', to her forthcoming films, C.J has much more forward to look up to!!
