GV Prakash fans are in for a Christmas treat as the trailer of his film Bruce Lee will be out on 23rd December. We hear that actor Simbu will release the trailer. It must be noted that STR has also sung a kuthu song in this film for his friend, GVP. Directed by Prashanth, Bruce Lee stars Kriti Kharbanda as the female lead. The project is produced by Selva under the Kenanya films banner. It is expected to be an action comedy film.
Dhanush has a special Christmas treat
Dhanush has special Christmas treat for his fans, the teaser of his action thriller Enai Noki Paayum Thota, directed by Gautham Menon, will be released tomorrow. The shooting of the film is in brisk progress. It seems that actor Dhanush has allocated two full months for the shoot. Megha Aakash and Rana Daggubati also play important roles in the film.
Vaalu comes a day before Christmas
STR aka Simbu's Vaalu with Hansika as the female lead has completed all the post-production works and the movie is gearing up for release, finally. Directed by Vijay Chandar, Vaalu is on sets for almost an year because of the much alleged love affair between STR and Hansika, which had called off now. Santhanam has played a key role in Vaalu produced by SS Chakravarthy on NIC Arts banner. SS Thaman has composed the music for Vaalu, all the songs are charbusters. Vaalu release date has been confirmed as December 24th, for Christmas 2014.
Udhayanidhi Stalin Ezhil's Combo next on Christmas
It was reported earlier that Udhayanidhi Stalin and Director Ezhil’s next untitled project will be commencing in the month of August. As per the plan this yet to be titled project has went on floors today in Chennai with the traditional ‘Pooja’, and this will be followed by a lengthy schedule of shoot in Karaikal and its outskirts. It is to be noted that Udhayanidhi Stalin’s ‘Manidhan’ and Director Ezhil’s ‘Velainu vandhuta Vellaikaaran’ has turned out to be a huge Commercial entertainer of this year. Hence this Combo Udhay and Ezhil is having a huge demand and a huge competition is going on among the Distributors of Tamilnadu for buying the distribution rights. Rajamannar of Kandhaswamy arts has signed the Coimbatore area on M G Basis. This untitled project is Out-and-Out Comedy entertainer and expected to hit the screens on Christmas day.
Siddharth's 'Jil Jung Juk' to release on Christmas
Actor Siddharth's upcoming Tamil comedy film "Jil Jung Juk" is slated for a Christmas release on December 25. Siddharth, who is also the producer of the film, took to Twitter on Thursday to share the release date of the film with his fans. “Dear all, #JilJungJuk will release worldwide on December 25...It will be a very theri, Merry Christmas 2015! Keep making lots of noise,” he tweeted. "Jil Jung Juk", which is Siddharth's second production venture after 2012 Tamil romantic-comedy "Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi", also stars Sananth Reddy, Nassar, Radha Ravi and RJ Balaji. The film is directed by debutant Dheeraj Vaidy and has music by Vishal Chandrasekhar. "Jil Jung Juk" is a gibberish line popularized by comedian Vadivelu in 1994 Tamil film "Kadhalan".
Trend Song single from Simbu's AAA to release on Christmas eve
The New Year eve of 2016 witnessed the song teaser of Thalli Pogathey from Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada, which became an instant viral hit. The song helped to build the expectations for the movie among the audience. Now, it has been officially announced that a song from Simbu's Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavn (AAA) will be released on the Christmas eve. Yes, this song, which goes by the name "Trend Song" has vocals and lyrics by Simbu himself. It is said to be a new age love song, which is expected to go viral like the Loosu Penne or Evan Di Unna Pethaan. Simbu tweeted, "The year started with #ThalliPogathey & #NewYear pre starts with #TrendSong #AAA #ChristmasEve #YSRnSTR combo #AshwinThathaMania #Sirappu", along with a video, in which Yuvan was seen working on the song.
