Vvicky : Knocking the door of music industry with debut album 'Chupke Se...'

Some people are born celebrities, and others make it on sheer will!! One thing remains, if you have the talent you stay. Vvicky is one such name. A man who has always been aware of his strengths and made it big in life due to them!! You can be exposed to music - and then you can listen to Vvicky!!!! Besides making your heart beat faster, here is a man who has the capacity to bring forth your emotions, with his songs!! For he is far beyond the realm of languages, and if you are a genuine music lover, then this is something you'll love... About Myself.... It's a great privilege introducing my self, Vvicky. I was born on 21st February in Delhi. My attitude has always been to do something creative, something which always attracted me to my childhood and youth and to follow in the footsteps of my idols, the great national and international singer's. My Gurus.... Music is in my veins. My late father, Shri Brij Mohan, was a singer himself. He unearthed the talent in me at the early age of three and encouraged me to pursue singing. I started learning classical and semi-classical from Guru Shri Laxmi Naryan ji. My Singing.... I did my schooling in Delhi and from very first day my music teacher acknowledged the singing talent in me. I started participating at regional and national level school competitions, which contributed a lot to boosting my confidence. At the age of 5, I started giving public performances on stage all over Delhi. Studio & Stage.... I consider my self a singer first and then a performer, however, it is my fans' opinion that on stage I am electrifying. Yes, one thing about being on stage is that you are always on your toes and never relaxed as a little mistake can be embarrassing. I usually enjoy more with the public because rewards are received in the same moment. About My New Album CHUPKE SE.... This was the best opportunity in my singing career and I grabbed it with both hands. The Music Director of this Album is Chander Kamal and lyrics are penned by well-known poets like Sajan Sehri. We all worked hard and tried and tried to give this album all colors of life such as: happiness, joy, fun and romantic songs to make it complete. The video, which was shot in Dhanolty, is the title song of this album, "Chupke Se " It is a light and romantic song. After the positive response of this song, GTM Music Company decided to shoot one more video from the same album. This brought on some difficulty for the company as they were not able to decide which song to picture, as all of the songs are simply great. After a long discussion, Mr. Tushar Kumar (Vice-Chairman cum MD GTM Group) decided to picture one more song from this album.

Sushma Reddy in "Chup Chup Ke"

Sushma Reddy is playing a special role in Priyadarshan's "Chup Chup Ke". She is not revealing anything about it other than just that it is a love triangle between Sushma-Shahid-Kareena. She is very happy to do this film because after Chocolate it is her second flick with such good stars. The movie has elements of black humor, chaos etc. Sushma acting is being liked by many directors and they are trying to sign her for their movies but she is right now in no rush to sign movies. She will talk about them only after she signs them.

Now a remix version in 'Chup Chup Ke'

While 'Fanaa' and 'Krrish' are certainly turning out to be the hottest movies this summer, one small film that may just captivate your heart 'chup chup ke' is, (yes, you guessed it right), 'Chup Chup Ke'. Priyadarshan has a penchant of turning his small films into big hits, most recent example being 'Malamaal Weekly' and 'Chup Chup Ke' seems to be going in the same direction. More so after the success of Shahid-Kareena's '36 China Town'!! Though the film's album is keenly awaited, its songs like 'Dil Vich Lagya Ve' and ''Shabbe Firak' have already generated a lot of curiosity. Rehammiya magic has worked once again, inspite of him not appearing in the music videos. Further spice comes in the form of the remix version of 'Dil Vich' that has just come on air. A well executed version that keeps you on toes [while you were already in your dancing shoes in the original track itself], it is yet another ace for the film that should ensure a good 'opening' for the album when it releases.

Sushma Reddy does an image makeover in Chup Chup Ke

Now that's one image makeover that calls for immediate attention. Sushma Reddy, a hot shot model, made a reasonably good debut as a news reporter in 'Chocolate'. Playing a Julia Roberts look-alike character (who is sexually conscious yet confident woman) in the film who makes a funny picture while goofing up at every instance, she was a part of some lighter moments in the otherwise heavy film. A girl of today living in London, she had a western look to her throughout the film. Now watch her turn 'gaon-ki-gori' as she goes for a complete image transformation in Priyadarshan's comic love story 'Chup Chup Ke'. Enacting the role of a simple salwar-kameez clad girl who has considered Shahid Kapoor as her husband since her childhood and is immensely in love with her, her look has to be seen to be believed. In fact on first look, she doesn't even appear to be THE Sushma Reddy she is known as and comes across as a completely different personality. With Priyadarshan known for etching out each of his characters wonderfully well inspite of the varied screen time each the characters get, there are all reasons to believe that Sushma too would be noticed inspite of presence of other better placed females like Kareena Kapoor and Neha Dhupia!
