The thinker and ardent follower of Dwaitha philosophy who spread the abundant strength of it in foreign land Sri Sugunendra Teertha Swamiji has brought out 'Govardhana' CD consisting Dasara Padagalu (Dasa Sahitya) in it. There are 10 songs rendered by V.Hemavathi and Anuradha Bhatt for the background music and orchestration of K.S.Rajesh. There is a brief address by Sri Sugunendra Teertha Swamiji in the beginning of this CD. What is delectable of this CD is that of the selection of songs. Sri Narayana Teertha, Sri Vadiraja Swami, Purandara Dasa, Bannanje Govindacharya, Venkatasubbayyar, Jaganatha Vithala and Vijaya Dasa rich lyric is the significant aspect. It is rendered in a simple and understandable style. Singers Hemavathi and Anuradha Bhat have made it easy to understand each and every word of the great lyrics to the commoners. This Dasara: Twin Blast From Balayya
Nandamuri Balakrishna's fans will be having a twin blast for this Dasara festival as the much awaited first look and teaser of the senior actor's prestigious 100th film Gauthamiputra Satakarni will be unveiled in a few days. Film's first look will be unveiled on 9th October and the teaser will be released on the auspicious muhurat, at 8 AM on 11th Oct. Preparations are underway for this. Amidst heavy expectations, the historical drama will hit screens on 12th January, 2017 as a Sankranthi gift for movie lovers. The film explores the story of Gautamiputra Satakarni, a renowned Amaravati king who ruled the nation in the early era. Major part of the film's shoot has already been wrapped up. Krish is filming this movie on a prestigious level to meet the high expectations. Shriya Saran is playing the queen whereas Hema Malini is essaying the role of Rajamata.
A dozen movies for Dasara
Dasara brings prosperity and delight along with a plethora of movies to celebrate along with the festival. The eve of Vijayadasami sees the release of four most anticipated Telugu movies. As a matter of interest, all these four movies has been christened with a three word title. The movies Kotha Bangaru Lokam, Ninna Nedu Repu, Kausalya Supraja Rama hits screens on October 9th for Vijayadasami. 'Nenu Meeku Telusa' is slated to be released on the 10th of October. The occasion is delighted with the release of more than half a dozen movies. 'Chintakayala Ravi' and 'Rainbow' has already been out. Following these movies, an array of new flicks is pipe lined to be released shortly. Alongside the four films said above, movies that stirred expectation including 'Keka', 'Hero' and 'Three' are to be released on 16th October.
Balayya's Dasara Feast
There are many films queued to hit the screens for this coming dasara, such as Ram's Hyper, Kalyan Ram's Ism, Naga Chaitanya's Premam, Tamannah's Abhinetri, Sunil's Eedu Gold Ehe etc. The list is big as everyone wants to take advantage of dasara holidays. Senior hero Balakrishna is also providing feast for the festival. His much awaited 100th film Gautamiputra Satakarni will have its teaser launch on the auspicious day of Dasara. Yes, as per reliable sources, makers of the film are planning to release a short video to present Nandamuri fans a festival bonus. The epic historical action drama film Gautamiputra Satakarni directed by Krish is much awaited for fans and movie buffs. Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao also expressed his wish to watch this film. Such is the craze the film. So, any content related to this film will be a celebrating material for fans. Hence, they would be delighted with the news of teaser releasing in next month. We can guess the teaser to focus mainly on the protagonist. At least few frames of war episodes are expected to be seen in the teaser. With Chirantan Bhatt on board to score music, Gautamiputra teaser will be a feast for ears too. Interim, Gautamiputra Satakarni is scheduled for release during Sankranthi, 2017.
