My Daddy Strongest

'My Daddy Strongest', directed by Rahul Kapoor for Producer Suresh Pai along with Co-Partners Percept Film Company and Zee has been completed in a single start to finish schedule in London recently. The cast includes Kumar Gaurav, British actress Tammy Jones & Vishwajeet Pradhan (who plays Tommy Tiger), a London based stuntman, an entertainer with a wicked mind. The USP of 'My Daddy Strongest' is that it is a silent film with no dialogues. Doesn't that remind you of Kamal Hasan's 'Pushpak'? The question remains, will it match the genius of Kamal? Or should we see, will it remotely come close to 'Pushpak'? Only time will tell. It will also mark the umpteenth comeback for Kumar Gaurav.

So Charming! These Latest Pictures Show That AbRam Khan Likes Daddy Shahrukh Khan More Than Gauri!

Not so long ago, Shahrukh Khan said that he thinks his little bundle of joy AbRam is more attached to him than Gauri, Aryan and Suhana and these latest pictures of the Khan family prove what King Khan said. AbRam and Gauri were recently spotted at the Mumbai airport. And as usual he was in his daddy's arms and not with his mom. This time Gauri Khan accompanied Shahrukh and AbRam to the IPL match at the Eden Garden and the family was coming back from there. Click on VIEW PHOTOS to see their latest pictures. Talking about little AbRam Khan, Shahrukh Khan confessed, "I may sound a little stupid, but I feel AbRam likes me a lot. I could be presumptuous though. He has a mother and has two other siblings, but I have a feeling that he is more inclined towards me. He might not be a fan, but he likes me more.'' The actor also revealed to a leading daily, "When my other two kids tell me 'Papa you are too sweet to him,' I say 'How do you know I wasn't sweet to you? When you were this age, I was like this with you too.' I am not a strict father. The only difference is that AbRam comes out more often with me because my other two kids were both shy.'' ''My son (Aryan) had car sickness so only once in a while would he come to my shooting. They get scared when people surround my car, and my daughter would start crying. Also, it was not so convenient those days -- there were no good vanity vans and the studios were bad -- so we would avoid. AbRam comes out more often with me he is a friendly child and does not get scared of the crowd. He is not shy.''

Abhishek-Daddys Boy!

Abhishek Bachchan has lately been so engrossed with his next film Drona that besides perfection, nothing else seems to matter to Abhi. It is said that Drona is Abhishek's answer to Hrithik's Krrish. In the film Abhishek does some death defying action sequences and has been toning up for this role. The film is being directed by Sonali Bendre's husband and Abhi's family friend Goldie Behl. The film also stars Priyanaka Chopra as Drona's sidekick. Sources suggest that during the filming of an action sequence last week Abhi wasn't happy with his performance and insisted on reshooting the entire sequence. Goldie who was already content with the earlier takes reasoned out that it would be quite time consuming and expensive to do so. Later on Abhi spoke to Big daddy Mr.Bachchan and informed him about the series of events. Goldie was surprised to receive a call from Amitabh who convinced Goldie to reshoot the sequence. Now that's what we call daddy's boy.

Kollywood is in Daddy Daycare

Seldom, we come across a movie made on a father's amorous love in upbringing their kids in Tamil cinema. The last was 'Thavamai Thavamirundhu'. Cheran, the director delved deep into the heart of a doting father and his sacrifices for the children. The film acclaimed rave reviews for its portrayal of realistic emotions and was laurelled by critics and audiences alike. Now two such movies are ready to hit the screens - 'Varanam Aayiram' and 'Abhiyum Naanum'. The former starring Suriya in dual roles is directed by Goutham Menon. Talking about the film, Goutham said it is my tribute to my father, who passed away recently. The story comes of the bonding relation that is between a father and son, both played by Suriya. Radha Mohan, maker of 'Mozhi' is now directing Abhiyum Naanum featuring Prakash Raj and Trisha. The affectionate father-daughter's way of life and the intrusions that come along forms the plot. In the line is Jaggubhai that prevails around the same theme starring Sarath Kumar and Shriya. A father's search for his beloved daughter carries the movie onwards. It seems Kollywood is now is a Daddy spree.
