The thing about rumors is that it comes in torrents. The recent rumors in Tamil films industry is about films being dropped by their producers. Every one knows that there have been swirling reports that Naan Kadavul, directed by Bala and produced by Thenappan. Of course, the producer has not made any official statement to the effect. But there is too much talk in the industry about it. Now, Desiya Nedunchalai, a film featuring Dhanush in the lead, was also said to be dropped. As it happens with most rumors, this was also short on truth. The film's producer Chandrasekhar has now confirmed that the film is very much on and the movie's shoot will start shortly. Vetrivendhan directs the flick. Chandrasekhar currently is producing Sabari with Vijayakanth. The film is nearing its completion. Chandraekhar hopes to take up Desiya Nedunchalai from 15 November. So get set for a happy ride on the Desiya Nedunchalai.
Desingu Raja solo Tamil release today
After the release of Vijay’s Thalaivaa after a quite hiatus on Aug 20th, theaters are gearing up to screen Vimal, Bindu Madhavi and Soori starred Desingu Raja directed by Ezhil on Aug 23. Director Ezhil, who is known for his soft and sensitive love stories, such as Thullatha Mananum Thullum, Siva Karthikeyan’s Manam Kothi Paravai has don the directors’ cap for Desingu Raja that enjoys the music composed by D. Imman. S Madhan lavishly produced Densingu Raja on Escape artists motion pictures banner, which is a comedy caper with a love story that also deals with the rift between two villages. Alongside Desingu Raja, 4 dubbing films namely 'Nadanthathu Enna', ‘KickAss 2’, ‘Planes’ and ‘Jobs’ are also hitting screens today in Tamil Nadu while ban on John Abraham’s ‘Madras Cafe’ is still on.

What is the motivating factor behind the idea of music wizard A.R. Rahman's new Conservatory and Symphony Orchestra? It is nothing but his passion towards music, said the young genius while talking to the media on the occasion of announcing the launch of the project. The Madras Mozart has also pointed out the inadequacies in India in terms of symphony orchestra. 'Whenever I tour abroad, I find a lot of interest towards symphony all over the world. I have to go around the world searching for the artistes for symphony orchestra. I want to reduce the inadequacy in the field in India', said the maestro in the press meet held yesterday (March 12) in Chennai. Rahman has desires aplenty such as providing scholarships to the needy students to learn music. He also wants to make arrangements to teach all kinds of musical instruments in his institution soon. The Conservatory, which would function near his office in Kodambakkam initially, will be moved to a larger place in a suburban area of Chennai later. Rahman informed that around 150 students have joined the Conservatory so far. When asked if he would seek government's help in promoting the school? 'I have no such idea till the moment', said the musician with a smile. 'Even if I approach, it is not going to happen immediately', opined the master. So what does 'KM' mean? 'Nothing', said Rahman. 'We gave the name with a spiritual purpose'.

Attractive designs of 'Nenu Meeku Telusa?'
Starring Manoj, Sneha Ullal as the hero and heroines, the film 'Nenu Meeku Telusa' is directed by debutant Ajay Sastry as his first directorial venture. Dr M Mohan Babu is presenting the film, produced by Lakshmi Prasanna on Sri Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures banner. It is familiar that the film is going to be released on 10th of this month. Director Ajay Sastry is presenting the hero Manoj in a new style, completely different from his earlier endeavors. Similarly, he is also casting the heroine in a rather stylish way. It seems the maker is arduous to bring out captivating ideas for the movie designs. The designs of 'Nenu Meeku Telusa?' which have been created like never before for any Telugu movie have elated the craze for the film. It is said that the movie will also be unique like its designs.
Dhanushs Desiya Nedunchalai launched
Dhanush's Desiya Nedunchalai went to floors on Thursday. It was initially slated to be produced by Salem Chandrasekhar. Now Dr Vimala Geetha (Dhanush's sister) is producing the film. The movie features Dhanush in the lead role and search for a heroine is on. Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja and the movie would be directed by debutant Vettrimaran. Ekambaram cranks the camera. With Tamil month Marghazhi ahead, which is considered inauspicious to commence new ventures, the production house has opted to go in for the launch in a hurry without much fanfare. According to Vettrimaran, 'It is an action-based entertainer and would have a racy storyline and screenplay.' Asked whether it is a remake of Hindi hit 'Road' produced by Ramgopal Verma, Vettrimaran said, 'It is an original story and has no resemblance to Road.'
