Ajai Rao has started shooting for his next titled as Dhairyam, which will be a full-fledged action entertainer. The actor, who is known for love stories and light-hearted entertainers is acting in an action entertainer for the first time. The film is directed by Shiva Tejas, who made his debut with Male, starring Lovely Star Prem and Amulya. Shiva Tejas had worked as an associate with R Chandru and he produced Male. He also graced the muhurtha of Dhairyam. Dr. K Raju is bankrolling this film under his banner Raj Productions. Dr. Niveditha Raj is the presenter. M P Doreswamy is the executive producer for this flick. This is the maiden venture for producers. The fans had commented about the title on social media that, 'Dhairyam' is not a Kannada word, to which hero Ajai Rao responded as "The Title is a Sanskrit word, said by 'Lord Krishna' in 'Bhagwad Gita'.. (DHAIRYAM!!..Sarvtra Saadhnam!! ) (ಧೈರ್ಯಂ!!..ಸರ್ವತ್ರ ಸಾಧನಂ!!)" The heroine for the film is not yet finalized. Srinivas Prabhu, Honavalli Krishna, Sadhu Kokila, Sangeetha are playing important roles. Shoot is already going on in brisk pace in different locations of Bangalore. Shekar Chandru is the director of photography. Emil is the music director. KM Prakash is taking care of the editing. Dr. K Ravivarma will choreograph the action sequences for this pakka action flick. Meanwhile, Ajai Rao is looking forward for the release of multi-starrer John Jaani Janardhan, which features Loose Mada Yogi and Darling Krishna along with him. The movie will hit the screens by end of September and music will be out by end of this month.

Obliviously to escape the eyes of paparazzi the duo cleverly left the restaurant separately giving no room for speculation but rumor mills are abuzz about their relationship because they have been spotted together quite often lately. So who is Disha Patani? Well the beautiful and sexy lady is a budding actress who was first spotted by none other but famed filmmaker Karan Johar after she made headlines when she won the prestigious Femina Miss India 2013 Indore. In fact Karan Johar had even announced her as his new discovery in his home production NO SEX PLEASE, WE’RE INDIANS. Even Ekta Kapoor had signed her for forthcoming film VANITY FAIR but unfortunately both the projects were shelved. Her bad fortune did not end here as she even lost BAAGHI, opposite her heartthrob Tiger Shroff as the producers replaced her with Shraddha Kapoor at the last movement. However she did not gave up and kept surviving doing TV commercial. Reports have it that Tiger Shroff, who is head over heel in love with her, has become her mentor and is seen with her all the time. He has been spotted driving around Bandra, with her at the wheel. They even go to the same gym and often work out together.
Onduralli Obba Raja Idda in August
After Saarathi, director Dinakar Toogudeepa is finally gearing up to direct his next film Onduralli Obba Raja Idda in August. The film's leading pair is Diganth and Rachita Ram, who made her film debut with Darshan's Bulbul. The other cast of the film is being finalised and the shooting will start in August. Diganth has decided to forego his Hindi film which has been postponed time and again. He lost 2-3 Kannada films waiting for the Hindi film to start. Dinakar said that the title suits the story of the film very well. The basic line is about the protagonist who adores his sister and brother-in-law. He lives with them.
'Megavarshini' complete
The talented off beat films director K.Shivaradruaiah has completed his fourth film 'Megavarshini' in less than 40 days shooting in rich locales like Karkala, Malaya Marutha, Chickmagalur, Bababudangiri, Bangalore and other locations. This film is based on well known novelist Saisuthe's novel of the same name. The responsibility of children to parents and vice versa is the concept of this film disclosed K.Shivarudraiah who has given well thought films like Chaitrada Chiguru, Amaasa and Dhaatu in the past. In a place like Malaya Marutha with the help of art director Dinesh Mangalore he has spruced up the whole hill resort to shoot for eight days. Frightened to work with veteran artist like Ananthnag and thought he would take two days to complete a few shots Shivarudraiah was surprised when the shooting of that portion was completed within 2 pm starting from 8 am. The cooperation of versatile actor Ananthnag is good Shivarudraiah thanks his fortunes. Arya a student of Abhinaya Tharanga School of acting is making debut in this film. He thanks the whole team for giving good cooperation to the youngster like him. He is playing the lead with actress Archana of 'Aa Dinagalu' fame in Kannada. Working from assistant director in his career the top art director Dinesh Mangalore is also an actor today. Lakshmipathi Kolar is the dialogues for this film. Producer Doreswamy Gowda a lawyer by profession has ventured to this project after knowing the capabilities of director K.Shivarudraiah in 'Dhaatu' Kannada film.

Nikhil Joshi has been honored with awards like 'Arya Bhata Award' 1998, 'Ugadi Purashkar' 1999, 'Outstanding Young Indians Award' 2000, 'Youth Excellence Award' 2001, 'Sangeeta Ratnakara' Award 2002, 'Pratibha Bhushan' award 2003 and many others. Prajwal is 'Ghulama'
Just behind the change of 'Poli' title to 'Raj' incomes another underdog title for the young hero Prajwal Devaraj. The prestigious Ramu Enterprises that is all set for release of Sudeep and Mamatha Mohan Das starring 'Ghooli' in the third week of March and 'Kiran Bedi' starring Malashri in the title role is under production has announced another film 'Ghulama' (meaning Slave) starring Prajwal Devaraj in the title role. In the past when Shivarajakuma in 'Dore', V. Ravichandran in 'Usire' Devaraj in 'Huliya', Mayoor in 'Mani', Darshan in 'Namma Preethiya Ramu', 'Sardara', Sudeep in 'Vaali' and others played roles against to their heroic image as underdogs have tasted defeat. From the title 'Ghulama' it is evident Prajwal Devaraj will be an underdog in the film. Biyanka, Sonu, Rangayana Raghu and others are in the cast of this 26th film of Ramu Enterprises. Dialogue writer and lyricist Ranganath has penned the story, screenplay, dialogues, lyrics and making debut as director from this film. He has worked as assistant to 10 films, written 15 songs and written dialogues for 10 films so far. He has worked in the camp of Sadhu Kokila, Yogaraj Bhat, H.Vasu, D.Babu directors. Gurukirsh is the music and Chandru is the cameraman of 'Ghulama'.
