Sentiments are not new to tollywood. The most important element for movie success is to have good content along with crowd pulling capability of heroes. But Tollywood folks always ride in on many other sentiments. Now star hero like Allu Arjun also following these sentiments. It's known that Bunny will next appear in Sarainodu movie under direction of Boyapati Srinu. According to reports coming out makers are going to add an extra R for the movie title. From now the movie will be referred as "Sarrainodu." Makers feel that adding extra R to the film will work favour to them as per astrology. The first look launch of the film will happen on January 25th evening and the film will hit screens on March end. We need to see how this Extra R will change fortunes.
Extra Care on costumes of Queen
Nandamuri Balakrishna's "Gautamiputra Satakarni" is leaving no stone unturned to become a huge marvel at box office when it hits screens next Sankranthi. With Shriya Saran confirmed as the leading lady of the movie, here comes a fantastic update. Actually makers have already fixed the costumes and look of Balayya's queen, but now that Shriya has come aboard, they are making few modifications as per her body language and measurements. We have seen how much Gunasekhar has taken for costumes of Anushka in Rudramadevi, and now Balayya's director Krish is taking similar care. They want them to look authentic. Also they are trying to bring some glamour side as well, with Shriya having no qualms to romance like a queen in the end.
Extra Heroism Elevation For NTR
Director Koratala Siva had initiated the trend of adding new scenes, which were deleted on editing table before the release, after few days of release with his maiden venture Mirchi that featured Prabhas in lead role. Siva added a rain fight and other sequence to the film which helped the film to rake extra collections. Then, Siva followed the same trend by adding new scenes to his second movie Srimanthudu which had Mahesh Babu in protagonist role. Now, the director is repeating the sentiment for his third movie Janatha Garage too. The director recommended his editor during post-production stages to remove couple of stimulating sequences as to cut runtime. Siva has now revealed to have added the two new scenes to the film. He said that, these two sequences will further elevate heroism of NTR in the film. Apparently, NTR surrendered completely before his director Siva. He agreed when Siva told him that the film will have equal importance for Mohanlal and is not high on action, but an intensified drama. Unlike NTR previous films, Janatha Garage is not a hero-centric film, but a content based film which had less scope for heroism elevation. Although Siva designed and shot few powerful sequences on NTR, he removed it. Now, to the much delight of fans, he has again added them. So, repeats are expected for the film with the new development.
Ileana Extra Marital Affair!
Well, do not worry much about the heading because slender beauty Ileana isn’t married till. We are referring to her new movie ‘Rustom’ trailer officially released just a while ago. Trailer has definitely thrown insights into the actual story of Naval Commander KM Nanavathi played by Akshay Kumar. To avoid controversies, they changed the character name to Rustom Pavri. ‘Rustom’ trailer packed a mystery with Rustom Pavri’s wife played by Ileana indulging into an extra marital affair with Vikram (Arjan Bajwa). Three shots that shocked the Nation has been presented here in three minutes long trailer with lot of conviction. The vintage look to the trailer seems to date back for authentically presenting the 1959 times. KM Nanavathi case has shaken the Indian judicial system. The verdict given by Bombay High Court still remains special for Law students. As Akshay Kumar was so thrilled by this real life storyline, he planned the movie with Neeraj Pandey as producer and Tinu Suresh Desai as director. ‘Rustom’ will release in theatres on August 12.
TRADE: Extra Theaters Being Added for Premam
Naga Chaitanya's Friday Release, Premam is going great guns at the box office. The movie is going strong at the box office as each show passes while the other Dussehra releases losing steam. The movie is replacing Mana Oori Ramayanam in many places and Abhinetri in some places from today itself. Multiplexes have also added extra shows for the film. The movie is likely to end up as the first Solo One Million Dollar film for Naga Chaitanya at USA Box Office. Premam is expected to cross $500K by the end of the first weekend. So far, Akkineni Family Multistarer movie - Manam is the biggest hit in Naga Chaitanya's career having collected about 38 Crore Share in its full run. If every thing goes well, Akkineni fans are expecting Premam to better Manam full run collections. Appreciations are pouring in on from all corners for Naga Chaitanya's acting as well in the film. This is the first time the actor is getting appreciated for his acting abilities as well. So Akkineni family and fans are on a cloud nine.
American Telugu Association plans extravaganza
The American Telugu Association (ATA) organizes a get together once in two years and a host of prominent celebrities will be converging at the Prudential Center, Newark, New Jersey from the 3rd to the 5th of July to make it a memorable event. The ATA recognizes and honors individuals of Telugu origin during the convention. Eminent personalities from different fields are expected to be honored this year as well. Representatives from the Telugu film world and prominent personalities from other fields who are taking part this year include Jr. NTR, Allu Arjun, Charmee, Hansika Motwani, Roja, Devisri Prasad, Ghazal Srinivas, Vijaya Lakshmi, Siva Reddy, Gangadhar, Gollapudi Maruthu Rao, Suddala Ashok Teja and C.Narayana Reddy. There are also a host of religious leaders who are taking part. Seminars and glittering cultural performances are being planned for the event. Awards would be presented in order to honor excellence in different fields.
