'Ganpati Bappa Morya' says animation character Gantoo

Gantoo is little Ganpati Icy N Spicy, India 's first 3D animated feature film, has received help from most expected source and that is Lord Ganesha who comes in form of Gantoo. When Icy and Spicy are attacked by evil Jindaan then they have to save the world from complete destruction. In the bargain they come in contact with Gantoo, a native of another world. Gantoo gives them special powers, making them into Super Icy and Super Spicy. Why take a Hindu deity as friend from outer space? "Our Gods do come from heaven and the other world. They have the power to give anything to humans. So we thought of Ganpati since children connect very well to him. It looks more possible because in our mythology Ganpati is the God of Power, intelligence and prosperity. So we created the character of Gantoo who has a trunk, looks like Ganesha and is all powerful friendly alien," comments director-producer Anil Goyal. ICY "N" SPICY is produced and directed by young and dynamic director Anil Goyal. Icy N Spicy has fun and action and drama. Like any other feature film, Icy N Spicy too has a story line that treads into various moods and situations complete with song and dance routine. There are evil forces, but Icy & Spicy receive help from the most unexpected forces. They use every possible weapon to down and subdue the evil villain Jindaan. Voice over artiste are Akash Ahuja (Shinchen Fame), Babla Kochhar (Discovery Fame), Siraaj Khaan (Laughter Fame).

Shraddha takes break from 'Baaghi' for Ganpati fest

Actress Shraddha Kapoor has set aside all her professional work to celebrate the Ganesh festival. She says the festival holds a special place in her heart and that she's excited to welcome 'Ganpati Bappa' to her home.
