'Hyderabad Nawabs' which was made with Hyderabadi language, a mix of Urdu-Hindi-Telugu, was released in Hyderabad and was running successfully with good collections. The film was directed by Lakshmikanth Chenna and produced by RK on the banner of Utopia Entertainers with Aziz Nasar, Masti Ali, Stuti Mishra and Vandana in the lead. Now, the producer is planning to dub the film in Telugu and would be released through Siri Media Pvt Ltd. in Andhra Pradesh, while the film would be released in Maharashtra through Rajashree Productions. The film would be released as a Diwali gift for the Telugu audiences. The film has a background score by Anil.
'Hello' is the new film from 'Hyderabad Nawabs' director
'Hyderabad Nawabs' was released in Hyderabad first without any publicity and it almost went unnoticed for some time. Suddenly it gained popularity and became a sensational hit. The director of that film Lakshmikanth Chenna is planning another film to be produced by noted editor Kola Bhaskar. Ravikrishna of '7/G Brindavan Colony'-fame, who was the son of noted producer AM Ratnam, is playing the hero in the movie. The film was titled 'Hello'. After Lakshmikanth Chenna became a successful director with his debut film, several offers poured in. However, he did not take a drastic step and prepared a good script before going to sets for his next movie. In the backdrop of giving a flop in their second film by several young directors, one had to wait and watch whether Lakshmikanth Chenna could come out of this sentiment or not.
'Athidi' schedule begins in Hyderabad
The latest schedule of 'Athidi' directed by Y Surender Reddy and produced by G Ramesh Babu on the banner of Krishna Productions with Prince Maheshbabu and Amritha Rao in the lead has begun in Hyderabad on April 17. Very recently, the 'Athidi' unit went to Norway to can songs and some important scenes and returned to India. During the current schedule, some emotional scenes would be shot on Maheshbabu. The basic theme of the film is that every individual would take birth on the earth and would reach the target after contemplating all his duties. Maheshbabu is being portrayed with a different look in the film. Even the hairstyle of Maheshbabu would sport a different look. Manisharma is scoring music for the film and the audio would be released into the market through Supreme audio soon. Efforts are on to release the film on August 9.
'Mallepuvvu' team spans Hyderabad
This film directed by Samudra is going on at a brisk pace. Bhoomika is playing the lead role. The shooting of 'Mallepuvvu' is going on at a good speed and as planned, in and around Hyderabad. The story of this film centers about a young and beautiful, pleasant woman who suddenly finds herself in a tight spot. The rest of the story deals with how the heroine of the film removes herself from the untoward happenings surrounding her and emerges victorious. The director has commented that Bhoomika is the best choice to play the lead in this film. He has also stated that this role that Bhoomika essays is quite different from all the other roles that she has done so far. Samudra is positive that this film will add more laurels to Bhoomika's acting career. 'Mallepuvvu' has eight songs in its entirety, all of which have been composed by the music maestro Ilayaraja. The tunes have come out melodiously. Veturi has supplied his lyrics to 'Mallepuvvu'. This film sees Murali Krishna, a new face, in the hero's role. The story has been penned by Ramesh Varma. 'Mallepuvvu' is being presented by P.Prasad Raju. The producers for this flick are S.Rajanarayana, Mohan, Vadapatla and Rafithunnisa Shek. The camera for this film is being handled by Anil Bhandari.
Selvaraghavan's film in Hyderabad
Tamil Director Selvaraghavan is well known to the Telugu audiences. He made films like '7/G Brindavan colony' and 'Adavari Maatalaku Ardhalee Verule'. He is now making a Tamil film tilted 'Ayyarithil Oruvan'. The shooting for the film is now in progress in Hyderabad. Karthi, brother of Surya is the hero. Andrea and Reema Sen are the heroines. Parthiban is playing a cameo in the film and his role will be the highlight of the film. GV Prakash has now replace Yuvan Shankar Raja as the music director. Two songs set to music by Yuvan have also been dropped.
Bachchans in Hyderabad tomorrow
The ace director Ram Gopal Varma hailing from the city of Hyderabad comes as a boon for the film lovers of the metropolitan city. The Hindi film lovers there can see Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai in flesh and blood when they come tomorrow at nine in P.V.R.Theatre in Hyderabad. This is not the first time the Bachchans are coming to the city. They came for promoting the first part 'Sarkar' when it was released. But at that time only the senior and junior Bachchan came as at that time Aishwarya was still not a member of the first family of Bollywood. Ram Gopal Varma although started his career in Tollywood did not continue there. But does he need to make regional films when now he is known among all Indians as one of the best of film directors in India and he also have a wide fan base in his home state.
