Daggubati Rana’s forthcoming release ‘Naa Ishtam’ audio songs will be released on Mar 3 at GRIET engineering college. Initially, the makers have announced that the audio launch will be held on Mar 4 but due to some unknown reasons the songs release advances by a day. The shooting of Naa Ishtam has been competed and the movie is slated for Mar 23 release. The teaser of the movie released recently received thumps up fom the audience. Chakri has scored the music. The trailers along with the clips of all the songs, and the first look of the film will be showcased at Naa Ishtam audio launch. Rana is playing Ghani, a young self-centric guy while Genelia is essaying Krishnaveni who enters the life of Ghani and changes his attitude. Prakash Tholeti is making his direcotiral debut in Tollywood and Paruchuri Kireeti is producing the film under United Movies banner.
Rana Naa Ishtam Shooting Completed
Rana Daggubati's new movie Naa Ishtam shooting has been completed yesterday. Recently, the unit has left to Malaysia to shoot the introduction song of the film on Rana and wrapped it up successfully. The post-production formalities of the film are progressing simultaneously at rapid pace. The audio songs of the film will be launched soon and the movie is slated for a grand release on Mar 23. Genelia plays the female lead, while Chakri scored the music. Rana has pinned in lot of hopes on Naa Ishtam as his last releases failed to reach the expectations. The actor landed in Mumbai yesterday to join the sets of his upcoming Bollywood movie 'Department' directed by Ram Gopal Varma.
Bunny Cheif Guest for Naa Ishtam Audio
Stylish Star Allu Arjun will attend the audio songs release of Rana Daggubati's new movie 'Naa Ishtam', which is going to be held at GRIET College, today evening. Both Bunny and Rana often exchange pleasantries and are said to be very close friends off screen. Naa Ishtam is being directed by debutant Prakash Toleti and produced by Paruchuri Kireeti on United Movies banner. Chakri has scored the music and the teaser released recently got thumps up from audience. Genelia plays the heroine. Naa Ishtam is gearing up for massive release on Mar 23 on the occasion of Ugadi.
Rana, Genelia Naa Ishtam to begin from 6th May
Rana Daggubati’s next film Naa Istam is all set to begin its regular shooting from 6th May. This is Rana’s third film in Telugu and it would be an important for him as his recent outing Nenu Naa Rakshasi resulted as a flop at the Box-Office. Genelia has been roped in to play the leading lady in the film. She was last seen in Orange film opposite Ram Charan Tej. Naa Ishtam will be directed by Prakash Tholeti and produced by Paruchuri Kiriti under the banner United Movies. Rana says Naa Ishtam is a romantic comedy and he recently revealed the storyline of the film. "Naa Ishtam is a love story of a selfish boy who puts the world behind him, and a girl who puts the world ahead of her," informed Rana.
Varma’s ‘Na istam’ book launch in November!
The unique director, Ramgopal varma has written a book titled ‘Na istam’ that will be launched by Vijayawada MP and his friend, Lagadapati Rajagopal. Varma released a press note regarding this. Emesco Publications is releasing one of the books written by me titled ‘Naa Ishtam’ by the end of November. Apart from my movies and the facts behind my life the readers can also get the details of my nature and my personal aspects. I named it as ‘Naa Ishtam’. My friend Lagadapati Rajagopal will unveil this book. It’s very thrilling to share the same dais for the first time with him. I expect the book is an answer to those who feel that I’m mad, crazy, big headed or daring. The book also includes few working stills of my films and some of the clippings of gossips about me by the media. This apart, my replies to various questions that people have been asking me for many years is also mentioned in the episode of ‘Ramuism’. Lastly I would like to convey that I’m dedicating this book to myself.”
RGV’s ‘Naa Istam’ book launched!
As informed earlier, a book written by maverick director Ram Gopal Varma was launched on 1st, December. ‘Naa Istam’ published by Emesco Publications comprises of RGV’s thoughts, his feelings behind the films, his answers to the questions posed by viewers etc. The interesting part of this is RGV has dedicated the book to himself. Lagadapati Rajagopal, B.Gopal, Krishna Vamsi, Ravi Teja, Jayasudha, Sunil and Ramgopal Varma’s mother Satyavathi attended the event. This is probably the first time RGV’s mother was seen in the event. Lagadapati Rajgopal unveiled the book and presented the first copy to Varma’s mother. On the event RGV said: “The only person that I admire the most is me itself and so I dedicated this book to myself. It might sound strange, but this is the way I am. No one in the world could have enjoyed life like I do till date. So if you read the book and practice some of the things that I have written, your life would be changed for good. If not, it is your Karma.” RGV proves that he is distinct not just in film-making, but proves himself unique by dedicating the book to himself.
