The cast and crew of 'Jayam Kondaan' will fly to Russia and Uzbekistan to shoot for a song sequence. The movie produced by Sathyajothy Films, is directed by R Kannan. The musical score is by Vidyasagar and lyrics are by Valee, Na Muthukumar, Kabilan and Yugabharathy. Plans are on to shoot the movie in exotic locales in Russia and Uzbekistan, where Indian movies were never shot before.
Jeyam Kondaan growing strong
Hectic work at a quick pace is on to get Vinay's second Tamil film 'Jeyam Kondaan' ready for a release this June itself. Says director Kannan, 'It is a feel good film. There is freshness in the script. Vinay, Bhavana and Lekha Washington have given their best'. He assures that it would be a clean and healthy entertainer. 'After waiting for nearly a year and more I want to repeat the success I got from my first film. This movie has everything the audience wants. The songs have come out extremely well and have been picturized beautifully by the director,' said Vinay. Gayathri Raguram, actor and daughter of dance master Raghuram, has choreographed the two songs. The cast includes Kishore, Saranya, Malavika, Avinash, Krishna and V M C Hanifa. The music is scored by Vidya Sagar. Pattukottai Prabhakar has written the dialogues for the film.
'Jeyam Kondaan' and 'Dhaam Dhoom' to fight it out
August 29 will see the two films 'Jeyam Kondaan' and 'Dhaam Dhoom' fight for audiences in grand fashion. Both films have been designed with youthful splendor with slick cinematography and impressive casts. 'Jeyam Kondaan' stars Vinay who shot to the limelight after the stupendous success of 'Unnale Unnale', Bhavana and Lekha Washington. Vinay, very much on his way to becoming a heartthrob among girls will be seen romancing Bhavana on screen while Lekha Washingtom plays his sister. 'Dhaam Dhoom' showcases 'Jayam Ravi' as a medical student who is caught up with unpleasant incidents in Russia. Kangana Ranaut plays the heroine of the film. Incidentally this is the last work of Jeeva who passed away while shooting for this film in Russia. Jeeva's assistant Manikantan worked as director from where his mentor left off. The very fact that both these films ooze with youthful fragrance is the key factor behind a healthy competition at the box office. Let's wait and see which of these films find more favor with Tamil audiences.
Jeyam Kondaans audio release on June 7
Kamal Haasan is all set to release the audio for the film 'Jeyam Kondaan' which is the debut vehicle for director Kannan, a former assistant of Mani Ratnam. The audio release is to take place in Santham Theater on June 7. The movie stars model turned actor Vinay, the star of 'Unnale Unnale, and the lady to grace the screen with him would be Bhavana. Lekha Washington and Santhanam also play important roles. Music is by Vidyasagar and Ayngaran International holds the copyrights. Hariharan and Madhushree have lent their voices for the song Varainthu Vaitha Suriyane. Bhavana's introduction song Suttrivarum has been rendered by Sadna Sargam and Benny has sung Give it a Break. The other songs are Aththai Kooda Vaa by Sriram parthasarathy and Adaimalai by Karthick. There is another song titled Ullasa Ulagam which is a remix with a duration of 2 minutes and has been planned to feature as a montage. Balasubramaniyan has been assigned to handle the cinematography. The film has been designed as a youthful romantic entertainer and is produced by Sathya Jyothi's Selvi Thyagarajan, T.T.G. Thyaga Saravanan and T.Arjun Thyagarajan. Sathya Jyothi Films is known for clean family entertainers like 'Moondram Pirai', 'Pagal Nilavu', 'Kizhakku Vaasal', 'Idhayam' and 'Parthiban Kanavu'. 'Jeyam Kondaan' is also expected to be along these lines. Vinay is all excited about the film and says the story is the movie's strength. He sure hopes it will rock big time.

The movie reportedly has numerous scenes that dish out the different personalities of boys and girls and the factors that draw them together with magnetic intensity. musicmazaa, the official media partner of 'Jeyam Kondaan' has launched the official website for the film capturing the youthful splendor that the film is all about. The audio for the film was recently released by Kamal Haasan and all the songs have met with appreciation amongst music lovers. The film is produced by Satya Jyothi Films who have a habit of churning out successful movies.
Bhavana dubs for Jeyam Kondaan
Malayalam actress Bhavana, who is playing prominent role in 'Jeyam Kondaan', has dubbed for the movie. Bhavana plays Vinay's heroine in the movie. A major portion of the movie was shot in southern districts of Tamilnadu. Produced by Sathyajothy Films, the movie is directed by R Kannan. The musical score is by Vidyasagar and lyrics are by Valee, Na Muthukumar, Kabilan and Yugabharathy. Bhavana, who had acted in a slew of Tamil films before beginning with 'Chithiram Pesuthadi', had not dubbed for her before. This time, Bhavana has dubbed for herself. The movie is getting ready for release soon.
