That Akshay Kumar is a self-confessed fitness freak is a fact well known. All close to him in the industry vouch for the dedication of this self-made star and also credit his latest chiseled physique to Jenna, Akshay's trainer. In fact, so close is the bond between Akshay and Jenna that he ensures her presence on his sets to keep his workouts and diet on track. The surprise, however, came in the fact that Jenna learnt the Gurbani while Akshay was filming for Singh is Kinng in Australia and also got the Ek Omkar tattooed on the back of her neck. For the uninitiated, Gurbani is a form of prayer practiced by Sikhs all over. Such was the influence of the film on Jenna that she felt compelled to know more about the religion and community, epitomized on screen by director Anees Bazmee.

Jeeva to speak lies
Vijay, who directed Ajith starrer 'Kireedom' will churn out a movie titled 'Poi Sollaporom'. The movie would feature Jeeva in the lead role. The actor is currently in 'Siva Manasula Sakthi'. Vijay's 'Kireedom' was an average hit. An associate of Priyadharshan, Vijay hopes to come out with a clean entertainer in 'Poi Sollaporom'. Jeeva has established himself as one of the young actors, who can play varied roles with ease.
Jeeva to fly Morocco for Yaan shoot
Yaan being helmed by cinematographer turned director Ravi K Chandran has reached the final leg of the shoot. The last schedule shoot involving the action sequences and songs will be canned in Morocco. “Currently working on post production and songs. One small schedule of action and songs will happen next month in Morocco,” informed producers RS Infotainment. Jeeva and Thulasi Nair are playing the lead roles in the film while Nassar, Prakash Raj, Thambi Ramaiah, Jayaprakash are doing prominent roles. RS Infotainment is producing Yaan that has cinematography by Manush Nandan and musical scores by Harris Jayaraj.
Jeeva to join his SMS director, yet again
Actor Jeeva and director M Rajesh who got their much needed break with Siva Manasula Sakthi is all set to team up for the second time. Post Ravi K Chandran's directorial debut Yaan, Jeeva hasn't signed any new film and he seems to be conscious in choosing scripts. According to sources, Jeeva is confident of Rajesh's script and the duo will kick start shooting soon. M Rajesh is currently directing Vasuvum Sivavum Onna Padichavanga [VSOP] featuring Arya, Tamanna and Santhanam. After this, Rajesh will start shooting for this Jeeva starrer in the month of April.
'Dhaam Dhoom' Releasing big as a tribute to Jeeva
Late Cinematographer - Director Jeeva's last movie 'Dhaam Dhoom' is opening big and this is the first time ever a 'Jayam' Ravi movie will be releasing with more than 200 prints. According to reports, this is the first time the international market will be releasing a 'Jayam' Ravi movie with a number of prints. In fact, it is said that in some countries the film is releasing as big as a Vijay movie. The reason behind this is supposedly because the movie has shaped up in a stylish and classy format. Background score by Harris Jayaraj and the cinematography is said to be mind blowing. There's another fabulous news for the 'Dhaam Dhoom' team. The censors have given the film a clean U certificate and a notable highlight is that there has not been even a single cut even from the Malaysia Censor Board.
