Kochadaiyaan trailer release on June 9?
The most awaited film of the season Rajinikanth's Kochadaiyaan is taking shape in brisk progress and the film’s trailer which was postponed for several times is finally being readied for June 9, Sunday launch. Gossipmongers are abuzz that makers are working round the clock for the first trailer of Kochadaiyaan, which is being awaited by millions of fans. Kochadaiyaan trailer was initially set for launch at the prestigious Festival The Cannes, but it was later cancelled. While Superstar will be seen in the dual roles in the film, Deepika Padukone is playing the leading lady in this Soundarya Rajinikanth’s debut directorial being made with a whopping budget. AR Rahman is providing the soundtrack for Kochadaiyaan.
Rahman plans massive music tour in June
Oscar winning music maestro A.R. Rahman has reportedly teamed up with Amy Tinkham, known for creating live musical concerts for Britney Spears and Mariah Carey, for a tour to salute Bollywood and Indian music. “The Journey Home World Tour will be a theatrical experience that will blend new technologies with powerful dance arrangements and acrobatics. The concert will keep intact the heritage and traditions of India with a new modern presentation,” contactmusic.com quoted Rahman’s spokesperson as saying. “The show will feature changing sets, large images on LED screens and a spectacular cast of musicians and dancers from across the globe.” The Jai Ho Concert: The Journey Home World Tour is slated to begin in June at the Nassau Coliseum in New York. It will feature music from the film and tracks he was working on with the late Michael Jackson before the King of Pop died last summer. Produced by Deepak Gattani, the tour will travel to over 20 major arenas and cities around the world, including The Forum in Los Angeles, The Patriot Center in Washington, American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas and Wembley Arena and the O2 Arena in London.
Remo first look teaser on June 9
First look teaser of Sivakarthikeyan’s Remo will be launched on June 9th along with the film’s theme music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The film is being directed by Baghyaraj and it has been produced on a massive budget that they have eminent technicians like PC Sreeram behind the camera, Resul Pookutty for sound design, Muthuraj for art direction and Anu Parathasarathy for costumes. Sean Foot, who earlier worked in Shankar’s I is taking care of Sivakarthikeyan’s different looks in the film. Keerthy Suresh of Rajini Murugan fame is the romantic interest of Remo and KS Ravikumar too plays an important role.
Balupu gearing up for June release
Balupu casting Ravi Teja and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles is gearing up for a release in the month of June. The post-production works of the film are in rapid progress and the shooting schedules of the film have come to an end. This out and out mass entertainer has been directed by Gopichand Malineni and produced by Param V Potluri under PVP Cinemas banner. Thaman composed musical scores were launched and is earning good response from the listeners. Shruti Haasan and Anjali are playing the female leads, marking their first combo with Ravi Teja. Lakshmi Rai sizzled for an item number.
Balupu shifted to June 28 release
Balupu casting Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja in the lead role has been shifted its release to June 28 from 21st June. The commercial mass entertainer has wrapped up the shooting schedules and the post-production works are still in progress which made the unit members postpone the film’s release date. Gopichand Malineni is wielding the megaphone for the action entertainer. Shruti Haasan and Anjali are the female leads in the film. Thaman provided the tunes for the movie. Balupu satellite rights were acquired by Gemini TV for a whopping price. Dil Raju bought the Nizam area rights for a whopping price.
