Shooting of 'Munna' produced by Dil Raju on the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations introducing Vamsy Paidipally as director with Young Rebel Star Prabhas as hero and Ileana as female lead was wrapped up recently with the canning of a fight scene. Harris Jairaj scored music for the film and the audio which was released into the market through Supreme Audio is getting a positive response. Prabhas is playing the role of a university student and the film is made with a concept ' If someone does a mistake, it is Munna who will correct it. It is learnt that Kalyani is playing a special role in this film, while Shriya is shaking her legs in an item song. Presently the film is busy in post-production works. The producer and director are of the opinion that the film would be a big hit and would definitely celebrate 100 days function. After completing all the post-production formalities, the producer is planning to release the film on April 12 or 19.
Kalyan Ram - A low-profile celebration
Normally those in the Nadamuri clan celebrate their birthday in style. Balakrishna recently had a gala outing on his B'day. His nephew Kalyan Ram, who had his birthday yesterday, however, chose to maintain a low profile. As he was shooting for Teja's movie, he had a quiet party at the location with the unit members. He thanked Teja and producer Jeetu for their gesture. But otherwise, the young hero, who is also getting married shortly, kept all his celebrations very personal and private.
Kalyan Ram's new film to begin in November
Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, who created a new trend with the successes of 'Atanokkade' and 'Asadhyudu', is now busy completing his latest flick 'Lakshmi Kalyanam' under the direction of dynamic director Teja and produced by K Mahendra. In the meantime, popular producer Katragadda Lokesh is planning a film with Kalyanram under the direction of Swarna Subba Rao, of 'Vijayendra Varma'-fame. Story discussions are in progress and the film is most likely to go to sets in November. Meanwhile, 'Chinnodu', featuring Sumanth and Charmi and produced by Lokesh is ready for release in October.
'Kalyanam' shooting ends, two songs to be canned
The shooting of 'Kalyanam' directed by Muralikrishna, presented by Dr K Krishnaprasad and produced by Koneru Saipratap on the banner of Srikar Film Crafts with Chandu, Jyotsna in the lead is almost complete except for the canning of two songs. Producer Koneru Saipratap says, 'A song 'O Maree Pyaree Dilruba'' penned by Pothula Ravikiran was recently shot on Chandu, Jyotsna and some other dancers recently at Mount Opera in Hyderabad under the choreography of Anandraj. We will complete the canning of remaining two songs very soon.' Director Muralikrishna says, 'The film is being made with a different concept. Songs would be a highlight in this film.'
'Kalyanam' to be a musical entertainer
The shooting of 'Kalyanam' directed by Muralikrishna, presented by K Krishna Prasad and produced by Koneru Sai Pratap on the banner of Srikar Film Craft with Chandu and Jyotsna in the lead was almost completed but for the canning of a song. Very recently a song 'Ninnu Chooste Naa Manasenduko' song penned by Sagar and rendered by Harish Raghavendra and Harini, was canned on hero Chandu and heroine Jyotsna at Annapurna Studios under the choreograph of Amar. The film was choreographed in black and white format and in old get ups. The song would remind us of old films. The film has music from Kanakesh Rathod and the producers are planning to release the audio through Madhura Entertainment by November-end. Producer Sai Pratap says, 'This is a love story which has lots of scope for music. The balance song would be canned in a dhaba. Presently editing work is in progress. We are planning to release the film in December.'
Kalyan Ram shows his confidence
Kalyan Ram is certainly a youngster with purpose and poise. He has all it take a real and rich run. Kalyan Ram proved his worth with Athanokkade. The movie was a glitzy winner. Though his subsequent movie Asadhyudu and Lakshmi Kalyanam are not in the Athanokkade league, they certainly are no slouches. Now Kalyan Ram wants another biggie. For that, he has decided to take charge. He will produce his next movie under the NTR Arts, his home banner. To be directed by Swarna Subbaro, the movie has got a racy storyline and that is why Kalyan himself has decided to produce it all by himself. That is what you call as confidence.
