Kannada's most watched reality show 'Kannadada Kotyadipathi' anchored by Puneeth Rajkumar has a treat for its viewers this week. Three of major celebrities starting from Jaggesh will be participating in the show this week. June 24th witnesses 'Navarasa Nayaka' Jaggesh participating in the show and answering Puneeth's questions. Jaggesh not only made the audience laugh, but also called actress Ramya in a female voice and proposed her. Ramya who was not aware that it was actually Jaggesh calling was stunned to know that it was Jaggesh who really called her.The episode will be telecasted tonight at 8 PM. Ramya who was a celebrity guest in the first edition of the 'Kannadada Kotyadipathi' will be participating in the game show yet again on the 26th of June. Ramya not only lively participated in the show but also donated the prize money she won to an elder’s home. The last celebrity to sit on the hot seat this week is none other than Priyamani who had acted as a heroine with Puneeth in two films. Sources say, Priyamani also danced to the steps of 'Hosa Gana Bajana' from the film 'Ram'.
Shivanna Shoots for Kannadada Kotyadipati
The second season of Kannadada Kotyadhipati is drawing to a close and the last episode of the show is being shot at a Chennai studio today. Host Puneet Rajkumar's brother and top Sandalwood star Shivarajkumar is the contestant on the celebrity quiz show for the last episode. On Tuesday, the team of film Victory including actor Sharan and director Nanda Kishore shot an episode which will be the penultimate episode of the second season. Many top Sandalwood stars like Upendra, Jaggesh, Malashree and others have participated in the show and the one with Shivanna is expected to be the real jackpot.
Kannada Filmdom Dharna
In retaliation the Kannada filmdom showed its strength on Friday morning by assembling at 10 am in front of Town Hall on the busy JC Road and unanimously condemned the attributions made by Tamil Nadu chief Minister M.Karunanidhi on the Hogennakal issue and on Kannadigas. The protest would take a serious turn in the coming days it is reliably learnt. Kannada film industry personalities Smt.Parvathamma Rajakumar, V.Ravichandran, Upendra, Srinath, Mukyamantri Chandru, Darshan, Sa.Ra.Govindu, KFCC members, Raghavendra Rajakumar, Dr.Jayamala, Thara, Jaggesh, Puneeth Rajakumar, Prem, Srinivasamurthy, Basanthkumar Patil, golden star Ganesh, Vijay, Ramya, Vijaya Raghavendra, Murali, Ramkumar, sunder Raj, Chindodi Leela, Anu Prabhakar, Rangayana Raghu, C.V.L.Sastry, KSL Swamee, Karisubbu, Umesh, MN Lakshmidevi, Pushpaswamy, directors, technicians and cinema workers took part in the protest dharna. Dr.Rajakumar Abhimanigala Sangha President Sa.Ra.Govindu made it clear that we will not tolerate any injustice. He cautioned the TN Chief Minister to behave properly in his speeches. Smt.Parvathamma Rajakumar said clearly that when it comes to land, water and Kannada language we will not sit quiet. Golden star Ganesh in his address said it is not just a mere support via speech. We have to stand united to protest such injustice to our state. Actor Vijay said he would follow the senior's decisions in this direction. Actor Srinivasamurthy said the observations of senior personality M Karunanidhi was uncalled for. Baasha Dhurabhimana Kannadigaru has in fact lit the fire. MK should have been careful felt Srinivasamurthy. The Jai Karnataka Sangha after garlanding the Kempegowda statue left to Hogennakal via Mysore in 500 vehicles. They are supposed to join former don Muthappa Rai from Bidadi it is learnt.

Kannada Superstar Sudeep hospitalised
Actor Sudeep has been admitted to Apollo hospitals in Bengaluru, after he has suffered a serious gastric ailment, while shooting for Hebbuli, in Mysuru. The actor has tweeted to reply his fans who were worrying about his health. He tweeted "Health did get affected coz of continuous wrk schedules..lil rest needed..wil b fine..Thanks to all n th media ,for ur concern n wshs.." "To all those who have been tweeting me continuously bout my health. "Im k now. Need a lil bit rest. wil be bettr n in front of the cam soon. (sic.)"
Will Kannada Following help his son
Dialogue King Saikumar is a hugely popular star not just in Tollywood bit also in the Kannada film industry.
