The actress of 'Anand' fame has a cute girl image but she is going to shed her cloths in her future films. The actress is ready to showcase her great body. She has started giving photo shots in sexy costumes. She said that she has to follow the trend that time brings about. She also added that she is not a trendsetter but an obedient follower. However, the actress seems to have a clear set of mind when it comes to marriage. She said that she would never look for her man but marry the man of her parents' choice. She however added that she would not regret even if she falls in love. Meanwhile, she is looking forward to the release of Shekar Kammula's 'Godavari'. She also has Kamal Hassan's film titled 'Vetadu Ventadu'.
Kamalini with Venkatesh
Actor Venkatesh is getting ready to take part in the shooting of the film 'Aadavari Matalaku Ardhaley Veruley', after a well-deserved break of four months. We all know that, Selva Raghavan is the director of the film, which is being produced by N.V.Prasad and Sanam Naga Ashok Kumar. Jyothika has been signed to play the female lead. There is every chance that, Kamalini will also be part of the film say the film sources. In this regard, the producers have got in touch with her. Having, earned a good name for herself in the hearts of Telugu people with just three films, offers have started pouring in from all fronts. Despite that, she is no mood to sign films left and right. She is on the lookout for roles that gives her immense satisfaction. In the intervening period, to get an opportunity to act opposite Venkatesh is a positive development. Kamalini never acted with a star hero in her short film career. This will be for the first time that she will be acting with a commercial hero; there is every possibility that Kamalini will be a force to reckon with in commercial arena as well.
Kamal Haasan as 'Raghavan'
The successful Tamil film 'Vettayadu-Velauyadu' with Kamal Haasan, Jyothika and Kamalini Mukherjee in the lead is being dubbed into Telugu as 'Raghavan' by KVV Satyanarayana, Sakhamuri Panduranga Rao on the banner of Channel Communications. Manikyan Narayan is presenting the movie. The dubbing activities of the film have come to an end and the first copy was ready. The audio of the film is all set for launch on August 18 through Aditya Music. The producers are making efforts to release the film on August 31. It may be mentioned here that the film was directed by Gautham Menon, who had directed Venkatesh for 'Gharshana' in Telugu. Harris Jayaraj scored music for the flick. Another interesting feature in the film is that over 90 per cent of the film was shot in the US. One more surprising point to note is that Dasarath, who had directed 'Santosham' with Nagarjuna as hero, had scripted dialogues for the movie. Kamal Haasan is playing the role of a police officer in this movie.
Kamal plans a film in Telugu
Padma Shri, Dr Kamal Haasan is well aware among the Telugu audiences as a versatile artiste, who could do any kind of roles. He played hero in several Telugu films right from 'Antuleni Katha to Swati Muthyam, Sagara Sangamam, Subha Sankalpam' and others. The Telugu audiences made all his films big hits. Presently Kamal Haasan is playing hero in a different film called 'Dasaavataram'. Besides the role of US President George Bush, he is portraying 9 different characters totalling 10, under the direction of KS Ravikumar and produced by Oscar Ravichandran at a whopping budget of over Rs 50 crores. The film almost completes its shooting except canning of a song. Immediately after the release of 'Dasaavataram', Kamal Haasan is planning to bring out a Telugu film on his own banner 'Rajkamal Movies' with himself playing the hero. However, it is yet to be known who will direct the movie.

This great artiste had visited Hyderabad recently on the occasion of the release of his latest film 'Raghavan'. He thanked the audiences for making his film a memorable hit in Telugu. Admitting that Hyderabad was developed very well, he expressed his heart-felt sorrow for those who were killed in the latest bomb blasts and also those who were injured in the incidents. He further declared that his film Dasaavataram is all set for release very soon and he would soon start his next film Maradanayakan. He announced that he would do a straight Telugu film and the film would be launched in January 2008.
Kamal to direct 'Marmayogi'
He is currently busy wrapping up Dasavataram, in which he will play 10 different roles. To be released in Telugu and Tamil for Sankranti, Kamal is said to be leaving no stone unturned to showcase his superb acting skills by playing extremely diverse characters. Barring the average run of Vettiyadu Velayadu, he has had few hits in the recent past. So, he is keen to have a hit at any cost. News is that he has announced that Marmayogi would be next venture after Dasavataram. The highlight of this film is that it will be directed by Kamal himself.
