Kasturi, back in full flow

Remember Kasturi? The tall and good-looking actor acted as the heroine in a handful of movies a few years ago. The lawyer-turned actor took a break from cinema and ventured to do her own business. She was also known to be one of the intelligent actors and she even went on to host a quiz show on a private television channel in which she carried herself with ©lan, wisecracks and sparkling wit. After a long gap, Kasthuri is back to do what she does best. Acting. Interestingly, she has chosen to make a come back with a Telugu movie. Kasthuri will play Prakash Raj's wife in a Telugu movie titled Munna. The movie stars Prabhas and Ileana in lead roles. Prakash Raj plays Prabha's father and Kasthuri, his mother. Says Kasthuri, 'Though it is a mother's role, it is a not an old stereotype mother's role. I have enough scope to perform.'
