Post-production works are in progress for 'Koncham Kothagaa' directed by Raju Rajendra Prasad and produced by Satish Paul Raj and Abraham Kaluvakuri with Venkat and Tulip Joshi in the lead. There will be a murder and the police launch investigation into the murder and begin a manhunt for the accused. Besides suspense, the film had a good scope for entertainment and it is being made as a bilingual film, with simultaneous shooting in Hindi and Telugu languages. The entire film revolves around six characters. None of them were known to each other. Besides these six characters, a love couple gets caught in the cobweb of this murder. From then onwards the suspense in the film intensifies, say producers. Ali, Benarjee, Lata Sabharwal and others are in the cast.
'Koncham Kothaga' ready to hit screen
Post-production works are nearing completion for 'Koncham Kothaga' directed by Raju Rajendra Prasad and produced by Satish Paul Raj and Abraham Kalavakuri on the banner of Sapara Art Pictures with Venkat and Tulip Joshi in the lead. Producers say, 'We made several experiments in the movie. It would be different from the routine films. We tried our best to explain several things in a novel way. None of the character would call the other with name. In fact, there will be no such need at all. But the story revolves around them. That is why we kept the title as 'Koncham Kothaga'. Asish Vidyarthi played a key role while Ali, Benarjee, Latha Sabharwal and others are in the cast.'
Kunchako Boban In The Role Of Communist
Director M. Padmakumar is looking for a box office hit after the failure of the films Thiruvambadi Thamban, Pathiramanal and Orissa. Kunchako Boban is doing the hero role in his new film. Kunchako is coming in the role of a Communist. The name of the film has not yet fixed. Mukesh is coming in the role of Panchayath President. Nishad Koya is the script writer. Suraj Venjaramoodu and Aju Varghese are also doing important characters in this film.
Kanchana 2 release date
Choreographer turned actor and filmmaker Raghava Lawrence's Kanchana 2 is gearing up for a worldwide release on 16th April. Leading Telugu producer Bellamkonda Suresh bought the Andhra and Nizam distribution rights of this Telugu-Tamil horror thriller, while Raghavendra Production presents Kanchana 2 will be distributed by Sri Thenandal Films in Tamil Nadu. Third part in the Muni franchise, Kanchana 2 was in the making for almost a year now. Taapsee Pannu played the female lead, Kovai Sarala will be seen in a key role. Kanchana 2 audio album will be launched this Sunday [April 5], followed by film release on April 16.

Choreographer turned actor and filmmaker Raghava Lawrence's Kanchana 2 has completed censor formalities with U/A certificate from the board. Lawrence has directed this third film in Muni franchise in Telugu and Tamil languages. Taapsee has played the female lead in this horror thriller that has Kovai Sarala in a pivotal role. Produced by Raghavendra Productions and distributed by Sri Thenandal Films, Kanchana 2 is slated for April 17th release with 2 hrs 45 mins running time.
'Kanchana 2' strikes gold at box office
Actor-filmmaker Raghava Lawrence's latest Tamil horror-comedy "Kanchana 2" has grossed a whopping Rs.10.83 crore in the first two days in Tamil Nadu since its release on Friday. "The movie has registered a phenomenal opening of Rs.10.83 crore in two days since its release in Tamil Nadu. At this rate, it's sure to set record opening weekend collections at the ticket window," trade analyst Trinath told. Directed by Lawrence, the film is part of the highly successful "Kanchana" franchise, which opened the floodgates to several horror-comedies in Tamil cinema over the years. "Kanchana 2" also features Taapsee Pannu, Nitya Menon and Kovai Sarla in important roles. Lawrencce has also hinted that "Kanchana 3" is in the offing.
