While the industry is busy talking of how Vishnu-Nagarjuna starrer 'Krishnarjuna' is a take off from Bruce Almighty, Nagarjuna says their film is actually similar to ANR starrer 'Buddhimantudu', which has Nageswara Rao imagining seeing Lord Krishna played by Shobhan Babu in his dreams. Here too Vishnu imagines seeing Lord Krishna played by Nagarjuna in his dreams. At least now we know it is inspired by some film! We are not complaining though, as long as we get to watch both Vishnu and Nagarjuna in the same film. Not to forget Dr M Mohan Babu in a guest role.
'Krishnarjuna' to release on Jan 31
Vishnu will be opening the year with a bang as the release date of 'Krishnarjuna' has been announced. The film will be released on January 31. The film has Mamata Mohandas playing the female lead and Nagarjuna playing a special role as Lord Krishna. As we had reported earlier, Mohan Babu would be playing a surprise role towards the end of the film. So watch out for the first multi-starrer of the year!
Its final, 'Krishnarjuna' to come on Feb 1
It was said that 'Krishnarjuna' could be releasing on Jan 31. But now the final confirmation has come from Dr M Mohan Babu himself. The Nagarjuna and Vishnu starrer will be releasing on February 1 with 275 prints. The music for the film is by MM Keeravani, which he says would be a highlight of the film along with the superb graphics that have been used for the film.
