Ladies Tailor was a parody made on Sravanthi Movies, in the direction of Vamsi. Producer Ravi Kishore made this film starring Rajendra Prasad and Archana in the lead cast. The movie released in a far time in the past was received accolades for its entertaining factors. It is not over hyped if said the movie is not left out unknown by a single Telugu cinema fan. Instead of the artist's name of Rajendra Prasad, Mallik Arjun or Pradeep Shakthi, they are better known as Sundaram, Battala Satyam or Venkat Ratnam which are their respective characters. The beautifully portrayed demeanors still lingers even to this day in the minds of the people who saw the movie. It was also a milestone in the career of Rajendra Prasad as it gained him a niche for his emoting skills. Producer Ravi Kishore is planning to make a sequel to this sensational hit film. It is learnt that Tanikella Bharani who wrote the dialogues for 'Ladies Tailor' ' 1, has recently given a story-line to the producer. Based on this subject Ravi Kishore is preparing to join with Vamsi once again to make the sequel for the former hit. People gear up to see Rajendra Prasad once again at his best in 'Ladies Tailor ' 2'.
Director Vamsy to make 'Ladies Tailor' sequel with Raj Tarun
Veteran director Vamsy will join hands with actor Raj Tarun, who is basking in the success of latest Telugu hit "Cinema Choopista Maava", for the sequel to his 1985 Telugu comedy "Ladies Tailor". The sequel, which is expected to go on floors soon, is titled "Fashion Designer" with the caption "Son of Ladies Tailor". "Vamsy really liked Raj Tarun's performance in 'Uyyala Jampala' and 'Cinema Choopista Maava'. He felt he'd be perfect for the sequel to 'Ladies Tailor' and roped him in. The film will be produced by Madhura Sreedhar," a source from the film's unit told. Senior actor Rajendra Prasad, who played the lead in "Ladies Tailor", will be essaying a key role in the sequel. The rest of the cast will be finalized soon. Vamsy, 58, is known for delivering memorable Telugu films such as "Anveshana", "Chettu Kinda Pleader" and "April 1st Vidhula".
Madhura Sridhar produces Ladies and Gentlemen
Madhura Sridhar who earlier directed youthful films Sneha Geetam, Its My Love Story and Back Bench Student is now set to turn producer. He has announced his first production film titled Ladies and Gentlemen. Madhura Sridhar is introducing his associate Manjunath to Tollywood as director. MVK Reddy will co-produce it. The regular shooting works of the film will commence from October month. Raghu Kunche is roped in as music composer for this Shirdi Sai Combines banner movie. Sirasri will pen the lyrics, Jai will crank the camera and Nivaas will pen the dialogues.
The 3 Powerful Ladies in Kabali!
Director Pa.Ranjith reveals that there are three powerful women roles is his upcoming release 'Kabali'. He believes each of the characters played by Radhika Apte, Dhansika and Rithvika will leave strong impact on the audience. 'Kabali' Promotions weren't aggressive and there is a reason behind it. Ranjith is well aware of the fact that the film is already carrying high expectations and hence too much promotions isn't required. He made sure the expectations haven't gone beyond a certain extent with subtle promotions. Ranjith is hopeful that Rajinikanth will be back in Chennai on July 20th, just two days ahead of 'Kabali' release. 'Kabali' is based on Tamilians settled in Malaysia. He research on why Tamil people shifted their base from India is going to be useful in the flashback portions.

The idea behind the show is to bring out the understanding and differences between these people, the dynamics involved of love, jealousy, hatred etc. The show includes a mixture of games, gifts and questions that will bring out different characteristics from the participents. Each episode lasts for an hour at the end of which there will be one sure winner. For now the show has three rounds, with two teams and four members per team.
