They success comes with a price tag. I am sure at least Rajpal Yadav would agree with us. Director Udaykanth's film Ladies Tailor is a different film that requires five women to lead opposite one man. The man of course is Rajpal. Of the five women, Kim Sharma plays a pivotal role. The others are newcomers. Now comes the catch. One of the new comers Richa was absconding from the film's muhurat that happened recently. It seems that the actress is thrown out of the film. The actress blames Rajpal for her removal from the film. She feels that Rajpal interfered in the casting and got her out of the film. It's reported that the producer-director wanted her to be there but Rajpal got her out. The producer director want her to be in their next film. The producer- director denies all this and says that the actress never fit the bill, so she is out. It is not Rajpal who did all this. Rajpal on the other hand does not even know the actress. So the film even before it technically commences is surrounded by controversy. Jab aaghaz aisa hai to anjaam kaisa hoga?
No Ladies for 'Dhamaal'
A first of its kind movie which has no heroines in it will be made by Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria. The movie named 'Dhamaal' has an all-male cast and the filmmakers consider it will definitely click with the audience. The star cast that has been finalized is Sanjay Dutt, Ritiesh Deshmukh, Sharman Joshi and Arshad Warsi ('Chocolate' fame).
Abhishek takes on the ladies
Before your mind starts wondering whether Junior Bachchan has been busy getting 'jiggy' with the ladies at Cannes, let's clear it that Abhi is very much with the pretty damsel Ash . What we are talking about is the Abhishek starrer 'Drona' that has been doing the rounds for it's intense action sequences involving both Abhishek and Priyanka Chopra. Now it has been reported that the film directed by Abhi's childhood friend Goldie Behl will now clash with Yash Raj's Siddharth Anand directed Ranbir Kapoor starrer, BACHNA AE HASEENO on the 22nd Of August. Abhi who has been the ladies man will soon see himself battling it out against the likes of Bipasha Basu , Minishaa Lamba and Deepika Padukone. As far as the leading hero of the Yash Raj film, Ranbir Kapoor is concerned let's hope that he emerges victorious and doesn't crush under Abhi's 'raaj'(rule).
Imran Khan spotted in ladies compartment
Imran Khan it seems is not getting enough attention these days. After getting married amidst Bollywood biggies and having a reception which featured who’s who of Bollywood and other circles, the actor was once again spotted receiving warm greetings from his fans this time around. Imran was spotted in a Mumbai local at western railway suburb. The actor was there shooting a cola brand which he endorses. As a part of the shoot the actor was shown running to catch a train eventually ending up in a ladies compartment. Add to it, to the surprise of fans it was Valentines Day. Grabbing the opportunity, fans greeted the star happy V-day and the star obliged by posing photos with them, signing autographs and having a candid chat. The shoot went on from morning 9 to evening 4. Permission was taken for the concerned shoot from the railway authorities So the star certainly made Valentines Day special for his female fans. Who said the star power decreases once you get married?
Salman Khan's ladies only bash
Salman Khan, one of the most sought after bachelors in filmdom, threw a ladies-only bash recently and his co-star Asin Thottumkal says the girls were happy to be partying with the Bollywood star. The party was on Monday. After the music release of "Ready", Salman decided to have an impromptu bash in his pad that has been put up for him at Film City for the shooting of his brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri's "Bodyguard". His "Ready" co-star Asin and Zarine Khan immediately accompanied Salman. "Well, it's true. Salman invited all the female actors from 'Ready'. We all went up to his very comfortable and large pad with a view. It has a garden and it has a beautiful view outside. Salman makes a wonderful host. The ladies were all happy to be partying. Suddenly Salman remembered their husbands and invited them too," said Asin, who worked with him in "London Dreams" as well. "It was great fun though. I was the odd one out since I don't drink. After a while it gets boring for both me and the others guests to keep wondering why I am not drinking," she added. Asin is impressed by Salman's bonding with the women in the cast. "All the ladies who play his aunts and relatives just dote on him. He makes them all feel like part of his extended family," said the actress. "I am taking off for Kerala for a couple of weeks. At the moment I've no other Hindi film on hand. So I can afford the time off." Asin has apparently been offered everything from Anurag Basu's "Barfee" to Sajid Nadiadwala's "Kick". But after films with Aamir Khan, Salman and Ajay Devgn, she's at the moment looking at a film with a leading man of her own age group. At the same time Asin has been offered Sajid Nadiadwala's "2 States" with Shah Rukh Khan. Again, another generation altogether!
Vamsi directs Ladies Tailor - 2
Ladies Tailor was a parody made on Sravanthi Movies, in the direction of Vamsi. Producer Ravi Kishore made this film starring Rajendra Prasad and Archana in the lead cast. The movie released in a far time in the past was received accolades for its entertaining factors. It is not over hyped if said the movie is not left out unknown by a single Telugu cinema fan. Instead of the artist's name of Rajendra Prasad, Mallik Arjun or Pradeep Shakthi, they are better known as Sundaram, Battala Satyam or Venkat Ratnam which are their respective characters. The beautifully portrayed demeanors still lingers even to this day in the minds of the people who saw the movie. It was also a milestone in the career of Rajendra Prasad as it gained him a niche for his emoting skills. Producer Ravi Kishore is planning to make a sequel to this sensational hit film. It is learnt that Tanikella Bharani who wrote the dialogues for 'Ladies Tailor' ' 1, has recently given a story-line to the producer. Based on this subject Ravi Kishore is preparing to join with Vamsi once again to make the sequel for the former hit. People gear up to see Rajendra Prasad once again at his best in 'Ladies Tailor ' 2'.
