Directed by Srinivasa Reddy and produced by Gopi on the banner of Lucky Media with Sivaji and Laya in the lead, 'Tata Birla Madhyalo Laila' was released on October 12 and earned a hit talk at all centers where it was released and is securing good revenues. To celebrate the occasion, the film unit organized a success meet and invited the media. Sivaji says, 'There was a unanimous talk from everyone and every place that the film is a super hit. We brought out this film only to entertain the people and our effort has borne fruit. The film was proved a success'. 'All the artistes in the film including me, Laya, Krishna Bhagawan, Ali, Raghubabu and others worked hard to make the film a success'. Now everyone is enjoying the success. Though the film started as a small film, it has gone up to a big range. I thank one and all for giving such a huge success to our film.' Director Srinivasa Reddy says, 'There are three highlights in this film. One ' actress Laya gave us a big hit before quitting the films and getting married. Second is Ali. Everyone thought that Laila will be Laya, but it is Ali who looked in a woman's get-up. His performance reminds everyone of Kamal Hassan in 'Bhamane Satyabhamane' and Rajendraprasad in 'Madam'. His walk, sight and dialogues were so natural to make everyone believe that he is a woman. Last but not the least, it is Raghubabu, who performed as a fake swami. His character was molded with the inspiration of several such fake swamis in real life. His character looked very funny in the film. The audiences are enjoying each scene and are bursting into laughter. Our film is being compared with top entertainers like 'Aha Naa Pellanta' of Jandhyala and 'Aa Okkati Adakku' of EVV Satyanarayana. I am very happy for equating me with such top directors. I wish the audiences would make the film a big hit and ensure me more and more opportunities to entertain the Telugu audiences'.
