More news →Madamji' not shelved, says Madhur Bhandarkar
National Award winning director Madhur Bhandarkar on Saturday dispelled reports that he had shelved his ambitious venture "Madamji" with Priyanka Chopra, saying the film will definitely be made. "I and Priyanka have held deliberations over 'Madamji' earlier. The film is extremely close to me because of the kind of subject it is," he told media persons at a special fashion show for his upcoming film "Calendar Girls". Seeking to explaining the "delay" in the film's making, he said: "But Priyanka got busy with 'Gangaajal 2' and her English serial 'Quantico' so it wasn't possible. I was looking for a 60 day schedule for the film." It was reported that Priyanka had kept him waiting for a long time and also that since she was going to produce the film, his "hefty" pay demand had put her off. Another bit of specualtion was that Bhandarkar, having lost patience and having got upset with Priyanka, thought of making "Calendar Girls". But he denied all this. "Priyanka is my family and my home. There is no bitterness among us like how you have portrayed," he said. Asked if the film was shelved, Bhandarkar said: "Whenever we feel that we have to make this film, we will definitely make it. Even for Priyanka, 'Madamji' is very important as she loves the subject of the film and is very enthusiastic about it, just like I am. I've written the character (Madamji) keeping Priyanka in mind." After "Dil Dhadakne Do", Priyanka is now busy with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's "Bajirao Mastani" and has reportedly agreed to Reema Kagti's film with Fawad Khan.
Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada Shooting at brisk pace
Tamil actor STR, Gautham Menon and music director AR Rahman, known for their collaboration in Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya teamed up for the second time for Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada. And the same is being done in Telugu by Naga Chaitanya yet again. Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada that revived or restarted shooting with new heroine Manjima Mohan is based on a road trip. Gautham Menon had recently shot for a song regarding the same. After the blockbuster VTV / Yem Maya Chesave in Telugu, audiences are expecting on more musical romantic entertainer in this combo. AEM is said to be heading towards completion. Makers are planning to release the movie by the end of 2015 or the beginning of 2016.
Simbu resumes Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada shoot after holiday
Actor Silambarasan aka Simbu, who is back from a short holiday in London, joined the sets of Gautham Vasudev Menon's Tamil romantic-drama "Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada" on Tuesday. "Simbu has joined the team for the new schedule. The crew plans to shoot non-stop for the next few weeks to complete the film," a source from the film's unit told. Simbu is paired with debutante Manjima Mohan in the film, which has music by AR Rahman. "Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada" is simultaneously being shot with actor Akkineni Naga Chaitanya in Telugu. Meanwhile, Simbu will soon wrap up a pending song from his upcoming Tamil film "Vaalu", which is slated for release on July 17.
Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada Release Date is Here
Gautham Menon directorial movie Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada( Saahasam Swaasagaa Saagipo in Telugu) has now got a release date. As per the latest reports, both the versions will release on 27th May. Official announcement about the date is expected soon.Simbu plays lead in the Tamil version, while Naga Chaitanya will be seen in the Telugu version. Manjima Mohan is the heroine for both the versions.A.R.Rahman composes the music, and the Thalli Pogathey song which has released earlier has much impressed the listeners and everyone is eager for the full album to release.
Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada Release Date
Simbu's long time pending project Idhu Namma Aalu is finally hitting the screens this friday, and his yet another movie Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada is nearing completion. The teaser and "Thalli Pogathey" song earned great response, and the latest announcement is that all the songs will be releasing on 17th June, while the film will hit the screens on 15th July.

Recently, the full audio track list has been released and the 'Isaipuyal' has scored five songs for the film.
