More news →'Mallepuvvu' starts rolling!
Directed by V.Samudra the film starres Bhoomika in the lead role. 'Mallepuvvu' is being made under the banner of Sri Samudra Silver Screens and will soon begin its regular shooting shcedule. The first shot of the film was taken from Srisailam where the camera closed upon the idol of Sakshi Ganapathi. Reports suggest that the regular shoot will start from April 27. The first sequence will be a song picturing the heroine Bhoomika from various locales of Hydrabad. The dance director for this film is Suchitra Chandra Bose. The banner has planned to complete the film in regualr shcedules from the start date to May 10th. Music mastero Ilayaraja was present on the occasion and the wished the film well. Speaking on acting in this film Bhoomika has stated that this film is on a different plane with her essaying a very different role. She is positive that her combo with director Samudra's directing skills was sure to bring her success. The actress feels that this film will be another turning point in her career. The hero's role in this film is being portrayed by Murali, a new comer. Apart from the hero and heroine the other star cast of this film includes Brahmanandam, Kovai Sarala, and Telangana Sakuntala doning important roles. Ilayaraja has supplied his tunes to this film while the story has been penned by Ramesh Varma. S.RajaNarayana, Rafathunnisa Sheik, Mohan Vadlapatla along with the director have produced this film. With Bhoomika doing good business in Tollywood let us hope that this film too becomes another feather in her cap!
'Mallepuvvu': Second schedule
Having successfully completing shooting of three songs the 'Mallepuvvu' team is gearing up for shooting the second schedule. The filming of the second schedule will begin tomorrow, April 18th. The story line of the film is about a collection of events a soft-natured woman faces in a certain period of her life. The main role in the film is portrayed by Bhoomika and Murali, a new face, is playing the hero's role. Music maestro Ilayaraja's music lends melody to this film. The lyrics have been penned by Veturi. V.Samudra takes the director's chair in 'Mallepuvvu' and the story has been supplied by Ramesh Varma. S.Rajnarayana, Mohan Vadapatla, and Rafithunnisa Sheik are the producers of this film that is going to proceed on to its second phase from tomorrow.
'Mallepuvvu' team spans Hyderabad
This film directed by Samudra is going on at a brisk pace. Bhoomika is playing the lead role. The shooting of 'Mallepuvvu' is going on at a good speed and as planned, in and around Hyderabad. The story of this film centers about a young and beautiful, pleasant woman who suddenly finds herself in a tight spot. The rest of the story deals with how the heroine of the film removes herself from the untoward happenings surrounding her and emerges victorious. The director has commented that Bhoomika is the best choice to play the lead in this film. He has also stated that this role that Bhoomika essays is quite different from all the other roles that she has done so far. Samudra is positive that this film will add more laurels to Bhoomika's acting career. 'Mallepuvvu' has eight songs in its entirety, all of which have been composed by the music maestro Ilayaraja. The tunes have come out melodiously. Veturi has supplied his lyrics to 'Mallepuvvu'. This film sees Murali Krishna, a new face, in the hero's role. The story has been penned by Ramesh Varma. 'Mallepuvvu' is being presented by P.Prasad Raju. The producers for this flick are S.Rajanarayana, Mohan, Vadapatla and Rafithunnisa Shek. The camera for this film is being handled by Anil Bhandari.
'Mallepuvvu' cans songs at Basara
A song was canned for 'Mallepuvvu', directed by Samudra, produced by Mohan Vadlapalli and presented by Prasadraju P on the banner of Sri Samudra Silver Screens with Bhoomika in the lead, at Basara in Adilabad district recently. Director says, 'Recently we shot some scenes at Basara and also in Ramoji Film City. Presently shooting is progress at Hyderabad. This is the last schedule. Bhoomika's performance would remain highlight of the movie. Though our hero Muralikrishna is a novice, he is showing good ease in performance like an experienced artiste.' Producer says, 'Director Samudra is moulding the film in a grand way. Music by Illayaraja, lyrics by Veturi would make the film further attractive. There are a total eight songs which we completed canning of five. We are making efforts to launch the audio in the first week of July and release the film in the first week of August.' 'Mallepuvvu' audio launch on July 28
Post-production works are in progress for 'Mallepuvvu' directed by V Samudra, presented by P Prasada Raju and produced by Mohan Vadlapatla on the banner of Sri Samudra Silverscreens with Bhoomika and Muralikrishna in the lead. Director says, 'A nice girl, who lived like a queen, faces some unexpected circumstances. How she came out of such situation is the subject. At the same time there is a love subject that runs as an undercurrent. Especially, the scenes that occur between the hero and heroine would enthrall the audiences. Illayaraja scored music for the film which would remain a highlight of the movie. Veturi penned fantastic lyrics for the tunes. We are making efforts to launch the audio on July 28.' 'Mallepuvvu' to have Farzana's item number
Farzana, sensational and sexy starlet of Tollywood is to perform in the film 'Mallepuvvu' as an item number in a crucial part of the film. The glam doll is reportedly paid huge amount for the particular appearance in the Bhoomika starrer. The song sequence "Naato Vastava" is being shot in an incredibly aesthetical manner but requires a performer with ample sex appeal, since she has been asked to do it. The films music track is already a hit with maestro Illayaraj's composing. Directed by V Samudra and scripted by Ramesh Varma the feature film is likely to hit theatres on 11th of September.
